Quality Craftsmen

Essentially this company dragged me along for four months doing horrific work to my master bathroom. Now refuses to even finish the job. And wants full payment of $35k. Even though it is clear as day the job is not complete. They made the mistake of choosing a horrible 3rd party contractor and didn’t want to re-start the work so they chose to put paint on a pig. My bathroom is far from complete and this company refuses to speak to me. Absolutely abhorrent. I have tons of pictures and messages to confirm this as well!!

You came in and showed out. Converting my bathtub to a walk-in shower was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Quality Craftsmman to anyone needing this service. The men were exceptionally skilled and very professional. They explained every step and made sure I had an opportunity to take pictures along the way. It was done in one “1” day. I have no hesitation recommending Quality Craftsmen as a company that you can fully trust for its expertise and integrity. I needed to add extra living space to my house so that I could move my mother in with us. With limited information available on the web, I was able to interview a small number of contractors. I was terrified of such a large project after all of the horror stories I have heard over the years from friends and acquaintances about dealing with contractors. Based on a gut feeling, I crossed my fingers and chose Quality Craftsmen for the job. For once, my gut feeling was accurate. In 2021, Quality Craftsmen was able to add what amounts to a small house to the back of mine: a bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer closet, dining/living area, and a spacious covered patio. In the year and a half since this project was completed, we are extremely pleased with the work that was done. Everything has held up great. As difficult as it was for my mother to leave her home of 50 years, she is very happy to have such a nice space to live where she can be safe, independent, and comfortable, yet just a doorway away from us if she needs anything. I would recommend this company not just for their workmanship, but also for their honesty more than anything. I have no horror stories to tell or headaches to report. From start to finish, Zett Quinn took full responsibility for the project and adapted to the unexpected circumstances as they arose. Even with the additional obstacle of Covid affecting labor and supplies in 2021, the entire experience could not have been any less stressful for me.

I had a large home remodeling project that involved building a Sunroom and a second-floor Entertainment room in a space where there existed a two-story great room steeple high ceiling. During the planning stage and subsequently entering into an agreement to remodel my home there were two things that Quality Craftsmen’s owner, Zett Quinn, said to me; one, “if you trust me” and two, “we’re going to make your space beautiful.” And Quality Craftmen did just that. They brought my vision to reality. What was a small patio slab outside of my great room walls is now a stunning four-season large Sunroom with cascading windows that expands across and encircle the walls of my new living space. A breath-taking 2nd floor Entertainment room that is marveled by everyone with a wrought iron banister crosswalk entry and new stairwell providing the final change to what is now an elegant home. From new flooring, to painting and an architecturally designed remodeled home I could not be happier. Thanks to Zett Quinn and the entire Quality Craftmen team. You met and absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Very pleased with the quality of the work performed. Very knowledgeable and good to work with. Zett has knowledgeable staff who performed many tasks for us. Refaced our kitchen cabinets, gutted half bath and replaced, removed wallpaper and painted. Refinished hardwoods and worked with us to create a custom mantle for our fireplace. Would definitely use them again.

I could not be more satisfied and happy with the team at Quality Craftsmen. They took on a very difficult and challenging backyard project and really delivered on all aspects of their promise. Tim and Zett supervised often, demonstrated knowledge, worked well with all inspectors and made the entire process seamless. Zett and his staff are great to work with. It was easy to just call and set up an appointment to scope the work, give us options and choose the best option for our lifestyle. I've used Zett and his team several times over the past 10 years. They consistently provide a high quality service. More importantly to me, there crews are always respectful, competent, and people I'm very comfortable having around my family. Most recently, I needed a to have a relatively large custom foyer window (over my front door) replaced. After getting quotes from a few places, including a "big box" store, for windows that did not really matched, Zett was able to exactly match the window for about 60% of the price. Installation went smoothly and the new window looks great!
