Quintus Construction

We hired Quintus Construction to build our new home in 2005 with completion in 2006. We had worked with them before on smaller projects so knew we could depend on them and were familiar with their work. Since it was a custom home on a lakeshore lot, we hired them at an hourly rate and revised, added, and changed some features as we progressed. They were always punctual, professional, and conferred with us on all details. They offered ideas, advice, and we relied on their expertise. We now have a beautiful unique house that has become a very comfortable home.

We have used Quintus Construction for many jobs....some small, others very extensive. We have been more than happy with the end results. If we ask Steve to do something impossible....he kindly explains how that wont work.....then makes a suggestion that is even better!

Quintus Construction is really good at identifying and solving problems with existing buildings. They will find the root cause and address it in a way that makes the quality of the building higher then when they found it. This is the case with interior or exterior issues and with technical and aesthetic issues. New construction is high quality all the way through.

We have hired Quintus Construction for several of our remodel projects as we expanded our business. One was a major addition and a few years later we joined together two buildings. Their quality is of the highest standard and the crew is respectful and hardworking. Steve Quintus is experienced and was able to work with our existing structure to create harmony and a well done finished product. One decision was whether to keep a hallway or open it up for the room to be a bit larger. Steve's opinion on what to do was very helpful and I was so glad I went with his suggestion. We were very happy with the end result!

Quintus Construction and Artistic Walls have worked together on various projects over a period of more than 15 years. Being able to combine our skills, such as on this stone fireplace inset panel, has been a real pleasure and has resulted in some of the most beautiful collaborations I've ever worked on.
