We recently completed a major 3-bathroom renovation with Ranieri Construction, and we cannot recommend Tasha, Stacy, and their entire team highly enough. After a devastatingly poor experience with a previous contractor that left us with a mess, Ranieri came in and completely turned things around. They stepped into a stressful situation, assessed the damage with absolute honesty, and immediately brought in expert engineers. They put together a clear, structural plan to correct the previous team’s mistakes, making us feel completely reassured that our home was safe and being fixed correctly before any cosmetic enhancements even began. That level of integrity is rare and was exactly what we needed. Their project management and communication style are top-tier. We were never left guessing thanks to: * **Daily stand-ups and text check-ins** that kept us aligned every single morning and evening. * **A detailed Houzz schedule** that was consistently updated in real-time as design decisions were finalized or build challenges arose. Beyond their technical expertise, Tasha and Stacy were an incredible set of partners. They heard every single one of our concerns and answered every question with deep knowledge and refreshing honesty. Living through a major multi-bath renovation for an extended period can be incredibly invasive, but their team showed immense courtesy and respect for our space every single day. We genuinely enjoyed working with them. We will absolutely be returning to Ranieri Construction in a few years when we are ready to tackle our next big home project. I had a home flood. I hired Ranieri construction, and they did a wonderful job. They replaced flooring in several rooms. Replaced toilets and basically refurbished the guest bathroom where the flood occurred. Also replaced baseboards throughout the house. General paint refreshing. All the workers were reliable and efficient. I would highly recommend Ranieri Construction for any of your projects.

Tasha helped me with my kitchen remodel. I needed to stay on budget so she worked with me to make a big impact but keep costs down, as much as possible. We painted the cabinets, added hardware, new counters/backsplash, sink and faucet and added can lights for better lighting. I love my updated space.

Ranieri Construction renovated our drab, inefficient, small, outdated kitchen, into a modern, efficient, open environment that transformed our entire home. The kitchen cabinet space more than doubled as well as the counterspace. The actual workspace has tripled in size and all was accomplished without moving walls. The teams included demo, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting and I'm sure many more that I'm not even aware of; but every member of the Ranieri team were on time, professional and pleasant to be around. The project finished ahead of schedule; we were kept up to date on who and what to expect every step of the way and most impressive is how they monitored and physically inspected each and every detail of the project. If anything didn't hold up to their standard, they called their team back for rework. We have had quite a bit of work done in our home over the years and not one comes close to the perfection of Ranieri Construction not to mention how easy it was to communicate our wish list. We have recommended them to all our neighbors and without reservation will use them for all future projects, they set the standard quite high.

We did a total interior 4300sf house renovation - literally everything was replaced along with redesign of staircase, fireplace/tv wall, kitchen and all bathrooms. The house was also 4 hours away from where we were currently living. Tasha did an amazing job of keeping us up to date with progress and issues so we could quickly resolve them or switch gears. Her attention to detail, costs and ensuring all changes were to code and to our expectations was invaluable and gave us a lot of confidence in the process and outcome. We are so very happy with the final product and would use them again in a heartbeat.

A couple years ago, Ranieri Construction remodeled two bathrooms in our home. We were so impressed, that we decided to hire them again for a remodel on our kitchen. From start to finish, their communication was excellent-clear, timely, and always focused on keeping me informed about the progress and any updates. Our project was a complete remodel of a three bedroom, three bath house and we couldn't be more pleased that we hired Ranieri Construction for the job. After interviewing several contractors to do a renovation of our newly purchased house in Sun City Summerlin, we decided to hire Ranieri Construction. Following our initial meeting with Stacy and Tasha, we were confident that they had the skill level to handle our project. They listened to us carefully and asked the appropriate questions to ensure they had a good understanding of what we wanted the end product to be. We were still in living in Colorado when the construction began and they were diligent about the communication both verbally and by sending pictures so that we understood exactly what was being accomplished on a weekly basis. We moved into our house before the project was completed, so the communication became more necessary in order to coordinate their continued work. Stacy and Tasha were professional, knowledgeable, and reliable throughout the project and the workers they hired to handle each portion of the renovation were also very reliable, hard working and respectful of our property and of our privacy. Due to some modifications to our project and unexpected delays that were not the fault of Ranieri Construction, the renovation took longer than was projected. However, Stacy and Tasha made sure that everything was done and completed to our full satisfaction. Ranieri Construction did a fantastic job converting a 2 story living room into a loft of the second floor. What I found most refreshing about the experience is how communicative Stacey and Tasha were during the bidding process. The duo responded promptly to my calls and emails as we worked through details to come up a with a bid. Based upon this I knew, Stacey and Tasha would be on top of the project once we moved forward and I wouldn't have to worry about communication during the project phase - this turned about to be 100% true . Stacey and Tasha stress the importance of respecting your home even under construction circumstances. She took pride in ensuring that flooring and bannisters were covered, and other parts of the home were sectioned off to mitigate dust. Lastly, the team did a fantastic job putting together a schedule that minimized down time. Certainly, there are situations in which things can be delayed (ie., finishes), however, for what they could control, they devised and executed on a schedule that served to complete the job as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

From the first meeting with Stacey and Tasha we knew we found the best of the best! Stacey's crews (plumbing, electrical, paint & drywall, cabinet & appliances installation...) are all extremely professional. Each team kept us informed as to what was happening each day AND noted any potential issues they found along the way to be remedied right then and there. Stacey and Tasha were wonderful to work with. They are excellent communicators and their subcontractors were top notch. We lived in our home while remodeling and they were very conscientious and made sure everything ran smoothly and quickly. Subs showed up when they said they would and left the work space clean every day. Both Stacey and Tasha had good ideas and good resources to suggest for all the tile, flooring, plumbing, etc. We removed walls, moved an exterior wall and remodeled the entire house doing first the downstairs and then the upstairs. Absolutely the best! Very professional with unbelievable attention to detail. Our project was close to a full remodel of our condo. It looks fantastic! We were not present during most of the construction phase, but Stacie & Tasha kept us consistently informed through video calls. The worksites were kept clean and and our home was always well cared for during the process. We have been involved in a number of remodel projects over the years. It has never gone so smoothly. Stacy and Tasha did an amazing job for us!! We got their name from a friend of a friend and we feel very blessed. Their time line was right on target and their contractors were polite, and timely. Some of them worked weekends even. We were staying down the street @ a family members' house, so we were able to stop by everyday and no contractor seemed to mind this. We had a budget, but could shop for what we may have wanted to upgrade such as our light fixtures. We ordered our own appliances in the kitchen. For reference we purchased a 1380 sq ft home in Del Webb and everything besides the shower in the 2nd bathroom was replaced so it was from ground up in my opinion. I would be happy to speak with you if you want more information! Project took less than 3 months.

Simply the BEST! Ranieri Construction handled our remodel which was a large project including 2 1/2 bathrooms, the kitchen, opening walls to create an open concept, master closet and their work was superb! From the very beginning they communicated with us consistently, guided us (patiently) through the process, which was new to us, and are clearly well-respected in the community. Their depth of experience and knowledge of local artisans and vendors enabled them to create our custom from door, ceiling beams, stonework/fireplaces, and more! One of the biggest concerns when starting a renovation project is will the contractor be reliable, show up when expected, and get the job done within the anticipated time frame. Ranieri Construction did not disappoint. Any minor issues that did arise were addressed quickly and completely. Their timely response to phone calls and texts is beyond compare. They personally check up on the work being done on a regular basis. They made selecting materials easy and managed delivery. The completion date of the project was non-negotiable since we would be moving from another home. They worked with us to meet the deadline and were clear when managing our expectations. We had the absolute best experience with Ranieri Construction! Tasha and Stacy were incredible from day one. We had them, along with five other bids when we first began our project. Our intent was to knock down a wall to expand our kitchen and replace all cabinets and counters. They were the only company that suggested that an engineer come out to inspect the wall to determine if it was load bearing or not. Their bid came in at a reasonable, fair, and practical price. During the months leading up to demo day, Tasha and Stacy guided us on what products to decide on, gave us timelines on when to order items, and were accurate and honest about any pandemic driven delays. When we started our construction, they gave us a detailed calendar of things that would occur each day so we knew exactly what to expect. They gave us a timeline of about 30 days from start to finish and they got it all done two days before the deadline! They came to the house each day to inspect the work that was completed to ensure their electricians, painters, plumbers, etc were producing nothing but the best of work. And they WERE! My favorite aspects about this company is that these women are organized, communicate every step, and professional. We had a flawless, smooth experience. Our new kitchen is something out of farmhouse magazine and we are thrilled with every detail!

I cannot say enough good things about the Ranieri sisters. I found them off of Houzz if you can believe it. I’d received a recommendation from locals (actually two!) for contractors in Las Vegas after relocating from Los Angeles. Both of the recommendations I received fell through in flames and left me desperate to find someone to work on my project right at thanksgiving when everyone is so busy. So I went on Houzz and I interviewed several people. Stacy and Tasha not only impressed me the most, they were the most efficient, the most thorough, and they were priced towards the middle/high end of the spectrum. Their pricing was perfect for what they delivered on. To put a wrench in all of this, my husband and I and my parents got Covid right when we were supposed to meet them to show them the project. So we FaceTimed them!!! They went through our home and had absolutely amazing ideas, comments, and knowledge of the construction business. Starting during Thanksgiving week is a very hard ask in Vegas, especially during Covid. These two made it happen. The project included the complete renovation of four bathrooms, laundry room, partial renovation of the kitchen, renovation of the wet bar, removing stupid walls that should’ve never been there (very Vegas), Removing an unsightly entertainment niche, new lighting, re-doing the entertainment niche in the master bedroom to be a coffee bar, removal of dated office shelving in one of the rooms and a bookcase in the main hallway, painting of the entire house! 3700 ft.². And a lot of odds and ends throughout the entire process. The Ranieri sisters were absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. Their communication is unparalleled! I have renovated several bathrooms and other things in Los Angeles and never experienced the high level of service that I received with them. I received constant communication about construction timelines, construction surprises, ideas around projects I had, it was truly incredible. My project has been completed for almost 2 months and I discovered about a half inch of grout that was coming undone in my wet bar area. A very insignificant thing in the grand scheme of things especially given my scope of work. They made sure that it was fixed immediately! This is 2 months post completion!!! I am so happy that I went with the Ranieri sisters. They made my house into something absolutely incredible and I have never worked with such professional, dedicated, and caring contractors in my life and probably never will again, that’s why I am taking them with me wherever I go. :).

My wife and I recently finished a project with Ranieri and couldn't be happier with the results! When we were house hunting last year, we had seen a house with a built in entertainment center and fireplace that we really liked and wanted to recreate in the house we ended up buying. There is no doubt in my mind that we choose the right contractor when we choose Ranieri Construction. All things happen for a reason and we were blessed when Stacey and Tasha came into our life. They made us so happy with all that they did to transform our house. I was working from home due to COVID-19, so what better time to do a remodel. It was crazy, but they made it less painful by doing the work in three phases, the interior front, interior back of the house, and the exterior back of the house. I always felt that I was in good hands. Their knowledge, professionalism, and thoughtfulness with taking into consideration my husband’s health issues was just one of the ways they went above and beyond. Stacey and Tasha were wonderful to work with! If we had a problem they made sure all questions were answered and any issues were taken care of. They felt like family and understood the difficulty of living with an ongoing renovation. Stacey made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Our 2 story home was done in 2 phases so that we could live in our house during the process. The timeframe they gave us was reasonable and they finished early on the downstairs and on time upstairs. The people Stacey works with were wonderful and she made sure they were on schedule. We remodeled our kitchen, including breaking down a wall to expand the kitchen, removing the existing windows, and creating 3 new windows. It turned out gorgeous! We had our brick fireplace removed and our laundry room was spruced up. All 3 bathrooms were remodeled. We changed the downstairs tub into a beautiful, fully tiled walk-in shower with new fixtures. The upstairs bathroom received a new, deeper tub and also new everything. The master bathroom had a shower and a jacuzzi originally, but because our house doesn’t have much storage, the old shower stall became a built-in cabinet and there’s now a decadent walk-in shower where the tub was. In the master, we had sliding doors installed to replace the bathroom and closet doors. We had all closets fitted with an organization system. The house was painted, new flooring added, and new lighting throughout the house. We would highly recommend them.

I have had at least 10 remodels done on different properties in Florida and New England and in all those instances I was there on site. This remodel in Las Vegas was by far the most extensive and I was remote the entire time. I am monumentally impressed and satisfied with the job done by Ranieri. Stacey and Tasha delivered concierge level service and acted on our behalf at a level of professional experience and caring that goes well beyond normal. Their attitude and taste are superb. Quality materials, quality finishes, and quality people. My wife and I could not be more satisfied.

Based on reviews through houzz, I had Stacy and Tasha give me a quote for remodeling two bathrooms. I am so happy that we went with them. They have great vision and ideas, keep a tight schedule and have professional subcontractors. Stacy constantly stays in touch, which is rare in Las Vegas! I would highly recommend them and will use them again for another remodel project.

We had a pin-hole break in a copper pipe in the wall resulting in major damage to our master bathroom flooring, sink area on one side, shower, etc. The 23-year old granite tile could not be matched which then required a demo of the other sink area, the bathtub area and vanity, all that had the matching granite tile. We hired Ranieri Construction to remodel our master bathroom. Stacey stood out from the other contractors. Most important, she listened. She measured. She came back with an estimate. She provided resources and contacts so that we could go and shop for what we wanted. She waited patiently as we dealt with our insurance company which was a lengthy process. She worked with us to lower pricing when our selections of materials came in below averages set in estimate. Stacey quoted 4-6 weeks and came in on time and on the tight budget. Her subs were lined up and ready to go following her direction and timelines. Without exception, each was prompt, neat, respectful and aware that they were working quickly to put us back in our master bath that we had been out of for six months. There are small problems on any home project. No matter the problem, each was dealt with same day in most cases, next day in the rest. We will use in the future and recommend to others.

We signed a contract on Jan 31, 2019. Our kitchen was demoed on Feb 8, 2019. I am so happy with our new kitchen. Stacey and Tasha helped me accomplish the picture I had it my head before we started. There were a few hiccups that pushed our finish date back a bit, but all things considered it was worth it!

Tasha and Stacey Ranieri did an amazing job remodeling our entire home. We did everything from the bottom up and are thrilled with the results. Tasha spent hundreds of hours discussing options with us on every detail. As my husband and I are extremely busy, Tasha took the time to text us both everyday with different choices for us to make. Our house ended up so unique, as we wanted. Tasha and Stacey really listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I hired Ranieri construction when we purchased our new home in Las Vegas and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! I interviewed a couple different contractors and when I meet Stacy and Tasha I knew right away they were different. They spent time to go over every detail and ended up with a complete bid for the project. They were able to squeeze us in so that the project was completed before we moved in and we VERY much appreciated that. They were both easy to get a hold of with any questions that came up and also kept us informed of the progres along the way. Stacy and Tasha did an outstanding job on our master bath remodel that extended into the master bedroom. They managed our project perfectly so we did not have to worry about various unknown trade groups coming and going. They have created a really good group of skilled subs and our property and privacy was respected. Stacy's years of building experience helped guide us through our materials options and what would and would not work and she was very flexible in letting us choose our materials from a wide range of internet sources. No buyers remorse and we also had her redo our bar area after the master bath so we would highly recommend Ranieri Construction and certainly use them again.

We hired Stacey because of her experience, knowledge, ratings on this site and her no nonsense, tell it like it is approach to the job. We were not disappointed at all. She did a fantastic job on the remodel, which included many areas of the house including the kitchen, office, entrance, wet bars, living room and family room. She was always on top of the schedule, her crew and she is very cost conscious as well. The remodel came out beautiful! I very much enjoyed working with Stacey. She always kept in contact with me on status of the project and was very honest with her opinions. She helped me decide on some of the minor designs. Ranieri Construction is the best!!! I was dependent on her as I was living in another state while she did the construction. I did a total home renovation and She finished the job in 8 weeks. She is extremely honest. Did everything she could to save me money. Stayed in contact with me. I have strict homeowners association rules regarding construction, not a problem with her. We hired Ranieri Construction to completely remodel our North Las Vegas home. From our first meeting to project completion Stacey was pleasant, honest and responsive. At the start of the project we lived in another state. Stacey would give us regular updates via photos, email and would reach out to us via phone when necessary. Her regular communications made us totally comfortable that the work was being completed on the timeframe promised. Of course, changes are sometimes necessary and Stacey worked with us to accommodate our requests. All in all, the end product was better than we expected and the experience was very pleasant. We know when you are doing a major remodel finding someone to partner with you that you can trust is very important. We would use Ranieri Construction again without hesitation and that should say it all!

My project involved building garage unattached from the house. The dimensions of the garage was 20 feet by 20 feet. I had several bids for this project and Ranieri Construction was the lowest bid. Ranieri Construction did everything from start to finish. The garage was done on budget and on time. I definitely recommend Ranieri Construction for those like me who are definitely are not born to be a DIY.

So far we have just begun our project of remodeling our kitchen. Stacey Ranieri has done a very good job of getting us started. She is very knowledgeable and has helped us tremendously. After a false start with another contractor, we hired Stacie and her team for our kitchen remodel. From start to finish the job was handled professionally, on time and on budget. We have used Ranieri Construction before...and, we'll use them again!! In 2014, Ranieri Construction came in and renovated the "new" 16-year-old home we purchased. They did such a great job that, when we decided to update our kitchen this year, guess who we called?!!! Stacey and her team came in and replaced kitchen cabinets, put in new counter tops, designed a new layout, and replaced outdated appliances. The frig we purchased was exactly what we wanted. However, it wasn't counter-depth. In order to accomplish the look of a counter-depth refrigerator and to keep it from sticking out like a sore thumb in the room, they recessed it back into the wall, which meant they had to remove a portion of the depth of the niche on the opposite side. But, you'd never know it had been reworked to look at it, they did such a good job. All in all, we're very pleased with the quality of workmanship. The subs were all knowledgeable and professional. Everything we wanted accomplished was taken care of...within budget and with the least disruption to our home life.

Stacey and her team were recommended to me by my parents, who had recently purchased an older home in Summerlin that was in need of a complete gut job. After seeing the before status of the home, and the after, I was sold! The majority of the work we had done on our 2nd phase remodel included painting almost our entire home (about 5600 sf), hanging paintable wall paper, as well as re-staining cupboards and doors, and removing pony walls and reinstalling a custom made stair railing. Each subcontractor she brought onto the job was prompt, professional and saw our vision to a tee. A little over 7 months later, we are still absolutely pleased with the quality work done by her and her team, and she will definitely be who we call when we are ready to complete round 3 of our remodel.

We had outstanding work on 2 separate home improvement projects. Communication and scheduling of work was excellent. The company and subcontractors they used were professional. An estimate was presented which allowed adjustments to fit our budget. The work was then preformed within the final estimate. We plan to use this company in the future and have recommended them to others.

I updated my 1970s kitchen , laundry room and bathroom. A wall was taken down and the ceiling raised to open up my kitchen. I contracted with Stacy, owner of Renieri construction. I was stressed and nervous about doing such a big project I had saved for for years. Stacy exceeded all my expectations. She was professional and knowledgeable, on time, and kept in contact every step of the way. She always had a positive attitude and wore a smile. She gave me great advice. She coordinated everything and the results were beautiful. The crew she had were all very professional. I would hire her again in a heartbeat ! I am totally pleased with my new bathroom remodel! Stacey was such a pleasure to work with from the planning stages to the completion. I respect her creativity and the fine work that both she and her crew did. She and I were on the same page when it came to little details, like matching hinges to the rest of the brushed nickel fixtures. Also, the schluter (sp.?) was an added touch instead of bullnose tiles. I highly recommend Stacey and company for their professionalism and attention to detail.

We bought a 2800+ sq. ft. home in Sun City Summerlin that had a great floor plan ... but had been sorely abused and neglected by the previous owners. It needed a COMPLETE renovation from the floors to the ceilings. Unfortunately, we had only one month before moving out of our current home into our "new" Sun City home, and we didn't want to live in a construction zone. Stacey Ranieri and her crew took on our challenge and did a marvelous job. They removed and replaced all flooring; took out the old shower and walk-in tub in the master and built a lovely, large, tiled, walk-in shower; they applied ledge stone around our fireplaces and kitchen island; gave us access to our backyard from our master bedroom by replacing a window with French doors; replaced all damaged baseboards and casings; eliminated the "cafeteria"-style look in the kitchen by adding varying heights and dimensions to the cabinets, utilizing some of the old cabinets and building new ones where needed; refinished the cabinets throughout the entire house, taking them from the tired white-washed oak look to a more modern cream; and, painted the entire house, literally from top to bottom!!! Not only did Ranieri Construction get the work done on time for our move, they did a fantastic job and kept within our budget!!! Which, by the way, was extremely competitive against the other contractors we had obtained bids from. Stacey Ranieri is a professional's professional. She's knowledgeable; not only knows how to do the work, but will actually get in there and DO it right along with her crew. Her subs are extremely skilled and hard workers. Everyone had a marvelous attitude and took time to answer our questions and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the results.

I have used Ranieri Construction several times. I bought my home in Sun City in 2011 and have had Stacey work on various things that needed to be done. Their work is excellent! They are on time, keep the area as clean as possible while working and do a great final clean up as well. The prices are fair and again, the work excellent. I would recommend Ranieri Construction to anyone.

We bought a short sale home 2 yrs ago and the Ranieri's took care of a lot of deferred maintenance for us. Then about 6 mths after moving in the Ranieri's redid the walkin shower floor that a previous owner had done. They do beautiful work. They are reliable and trustworthy.. Home was inherited from my father and needed some upgrading. Meet them once to start off with fixing the bathrooms up They torn out the old shower stalls and installed new water board and tile. EXCELLENT job-- New shower doors installed --Patio tiled-patching of walls that lights were changed ---wiring -- tiling around fireplace. New closet doors installed-screen door repaired. Excellent work and always very tidy. Never a problem Also coordinated having kitchen counter tops replaced with them. I am not local so everything was coordinated with e-mail and phone. Will continue to use them for any other projects and would be most happy to speak with anyone regarding their work.. LUCKY to have found them.!!!

My wife and I bought a home in Sun City Summerlin about two years ago. The place was old and hadn't been updated in any way since the beginning of time. Ranieri Construction came in and basically remodeled the entire home. Their work was first rate, reasonably priced, their thoughts and suggestions helpful and in several instances they went above and beyond. Within the recent past we had a realtor who specializes in our area come to the home and he told us it was best looking model of this type he had ever seen in over 20 years in the area.

We inherited an out of state problem, a 3 bedroom home that needed complete renovation in Las Vegas, Nevada. Through dear friends, the Ranieri Construction, LLC was referred to me ! Meeting with Stacey Ranieri , she immediately made a list of the renovations and provided written estimate of what the job would cost . Stacey was accurate, fair minded and trustworthy! True to her word, that the renovations would be completed in a timely manner! Stacey knew, what the house needed from initial clean-up, before the workman could get in there to paint ,,,the walls needed to be degreased and prep before painting! Old appliances were removed, so the floors of kitchen & 2 baths were prep before ceramic tile would be installed.. All old plumbing fixtures were removed and new fixtures along with faucets were replaced . Stacey also coordinated the delivery and installation of the new appliances and carpeting! She also coordinated, the landscaping to be done, so the house would have good curb appeal and ready to be placed on the market! Always do great work at reasonable rates. They have done many jobs for us the last few years and everything is done right. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! From small jobs to larger ones, such as installing laminate flooring, everything is always done first rate.

We had Ranieri Construction remove a wall and add another wall, also put in a door, dry wall, painting. They were very professional and arrived when they said they would. They made sure that they kept the dust level at a minimum, they prepared the work area with utmost care and completed the job on time. They were always a call away if we had a problem or any questions. I would highly recommend Ranieiri Construction.

Remodel of Master Bathroom. Replaced spa tub, remodeled shower, replaced vanity, sinks and vanity lighting including necessary electrical modifications. Ranieri Construction removed all master bathroom fixtures and upgraded the shower to accommodate a hand-held hower in addition to the showerhead. Plumbing was modified for shower and spa tub however; a plumbing leak occurred. Ranieri Construction was quick to respond and did whatever it took to make sure the leak was corrected. Coordination with contractors, who provided other services e.g. vanity and cultured marble installation was handled by Ranieri Construction, which enabled the re-model to be completed successfully. Ranieri Construction stands behind their work and will do whatever it takes to rectify and unforeseen problems/issues.
