My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Established in 2005, Rowland Development Group is a family owned & operated company built on honesty and integrity, and a devotion to exceeding expectations. Phil Rowland, a successful hospital CEO for nearly 20 years for companies such as HCA, decided to pursue a passion for real estate at the suggestion of his son, Dusty. While studying Civil Engineering, Dusty worked for a national contractor building small-box retail for clients such as Family Dollar, Dollar General, O’Reilly Auto Parts, AutoZone, etc. Fortunately, both father’s and son’s dreams allowed them the opportunity to prove their ability as a reliable, distinctive, and genuine team.

RDG built our home in Jasper Highlands, Jasper Tenn. They exceeded our expectations. We first met Dusty after reviewing his website and interviewing others who used him. We selected RDG over 4 other builders and we are extremely happy we did. After our build we have met numerous neighbors who used the other builders and they all had some not so good experiences. Not saying they are bad, but RDG definitely treated us real good, extremely fair and in a lot of cases they went over and beyond. We would 100% use RDG again. Building your first home can be very challenging and stressful, but RDG really eased that, and our build was quite fun. Thank you Dusty Dan & Deb R
