Reilly's Contracting

There were lots of good things about Reilly's contracting but ultimately think 3/5 stars would describe our experience. The designer Samantha was amazing. She helped with all the finishing's and was always available to ask questions to. Our main point of contact was Marcus. He was also very helpful and worked very hard. The addition we had put on looks amazing and we are very happy with it. They had the vision and it totally came to life based on their design and recommendations. The reason I give a 3 is there was a lot of lack of communication from Paul and Tim. There were a few weeks that nothing was completed on our project and I feel that they took on too many other projects during our remodel and we got put to the back. We also had problems with the flooring and drywall after the renovation was done. They have since (1 year later) come and fixed the flooring and they look great now. The drywall isn't fixed and I am disappointed after spending 50K that there is already cracking in it. I spent 6 months trying to work with Paul to come out and get it fixed and at this point I am just calling it a wash. Overall we are happy with our addition but would not use them again.

We couldn’t be happier with the way our kitchen remodel turned out. Our designer Samantha helped us pick the most beautiful finishes and the project manager, Paul worked hard to keep the remodel on schedule. There are always “hiccups” in any project but we had very few thanks to this great project team.

We added a laundry/half bath/pantry to our 100 year old home. While it’s not done yet, the whole team at Reilly’s has been nothing but great to work with so far! Tim had some great ideas that we hadn’t even thought to include. The work has been exceptional. They have also been respectful of the fact that this is our home. I would definitely hire them again (we’ve already started talking with them about the next project)!

I don’t write Reviews, but Riley’s contracting deserves one. Our project was a large commercial engineering office space and prototype shop. Samantha did a great job with the design concepts and putting the whole thing together. She listen to what we wanted and was very creative with design and colors and textures. The On site lead Devon is a professional craftsman. Paid attention to the details and communicated well verbally and through text. I never felt like I was in the dark. I was sorry i did not get to say thank you. Their accounting department did a fantastic job Creating invoices that reflected back to the quote.

We love our "new look" ! The new paint in contrasting shades, adding crown molding, and chair rails, made our 50+ years house feel fresh and up to date. They protected our furniture and floors and cleaned up any spray drip. Very professional and efficient workers. The cost was a pleasant surprise and they use quality paint. Thanks guys!

With our growing company we were needing to add square footage and update our offices. Reilly’s Contracting is the complete package with its in-house design team and experienced contractors. The remodel process was collaborative and enjoyable from the start. The team helped us piece together design options based on our budget and the modern look we were wanting. During the building process the team made us feel we were in good hands from demolition all the way through to completion. I would highly recommend this team and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Tim, Erinn, and Samantha have been terrific in addressing our design needs. They are professional, thorough, and enthusiastic! We are undertaking a significant renovation to our home and I’m looking forward to continued work on our project. In addition to our renovation, Tim has completed various repairs maintenance projects around in my home. He is honest and fair in his pricing and timely in completing his work. I would highly recommend Reilly’s Contracting for projects large and small!
