Michal and his team did a fantastic job redoing my patio which included new fencing, ground leveling and brickwork, concrete stoop repair, building planters, outdoor plumbing, painting, and minor repairs to the outdoor crawl space under my house. The team clearly has tremendous expertise. They worked very carefully to identify everything that needed to be done and then their work was thorough and of the highest quality. They were also friendly and very respectful of me, my home, and my neighbors.

Michal help me with some projects inside the house. He is knowledgeable and does good work. He specializes in bathrooms but can help in many other areas as well. I highly recommend him for any projects you might have in your homes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Michal on many different projects in my 100 year-old house. Michal helped me with finishing work in my basement which included framing, drywall, painting, tile work, and toilet installation. He also did stone work outside my house and did a great job installing stone steps and repairing concrete. The other projects that Michal helped with was restructuring my gutter drains that were originally poorly installed and upgrading my entry foyer with wood detailing and painting. Michal is very communicative and professional. Michal went above and beyond trying to find basement tile that closely matched the existing tile we had and I was so grateful for this. As other reviewers have noted, his work is very high level and he really takes pride in his craft. He would consult with me on a regular basis about the work and also provide very helpful recommendations based on his experience. I intend to work with Michal for many years to come.

We've worked with Michal on multiple home projects and he's done a terrific job on each one. In particular, when our front porch needed repairs, he was super helpful with the DC permit process and recreated the historic details perfectly. He's also incredibly responsive, which is always appreciated. We give him our highest recommendation and look forward to working with him on our next project.

No job too big or small for MM Remodeling. Michel is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful and fun to work with. In a few short months, I’ve had his help to take care of several important problems. He was able to diagnose a major problem with our fairy newly remodeled bathroom and fixed it without having to completely dismantle the whole shower. Highly recommend him!

When we bought our house we never realized how crappy of a job did in building a bathroom in the master bedroom. It looked good but within a few years and a few problems we realized we needed it redone. Michal gave us a fair estimate and did an excellent job. He gave sound advice and recommendations. It’s totally apparent he’s a perfectionist because his work shows it. Worth every penny. Would definitely recommend him and plan to call him again for any future jobs.

Michal's company did exterior painting, window reglazing, and a front porch rebuild for us. He and his crew were wonderful: extremely detail oriented and worked like it was their own house. I cannot say enough good things about their work. This was a large job over several months and they were consistently available and I was always able to get Michal if I had a question.
