After interviewing several contractors, Ron Webb was last. What I immediately liked was that Ron very clearly wanted to build what pleased us and in the way I had described as "cozy". Well, that is what we got. Our all season sunroom is beautiful in every aspect. From the design including the window seat, to the windows, the insulation, and overall solid feel to the room, which happens to be the quietest room in the house. Ron is an excellent listener and then gives feedback based on his experience as to whether changes need to be considered, which I imagine happens with all remodels. There are no surprises with Ron. Communication is one of his strengths. We also have pets including 4 indoor cats and ron and his sub-contractors were very considerate and careful to keep our pets from escaping. We have had so many compliments on our addition, but most of all WE love it and can't believe what a difference it makes to the feel of our home. It completes it and looks like it was always there. We hired Ron for an extensive home remodel that included an addition to the garage, a new roof, new siding & windows, a completely new kitchen and new tile flooring. Ron is honest and easy to work with. He's a good communicator and kept us in the loop every step of the way (which was especially important since we live four hours away from the house being remodeled). Ron proved to be very trustworthy and followed through on every commitment that he made. In one case, we had a minor misunderstanding on a design item in the kitchen. Ron Webb of Ron Webb Remodeling has performed a number of remodel and handyman projects for us over the past two years. Other family members initially recommended Ron to us. He installed two interior windows in our rental duplex. It was a difficult job due to the height and location of the windows. Ron was very knowledgeable, provided alternative window options and prices, and met deadlines and budgets. We are very happy with the way the project turned out. He also replaced a damaged porch at the same property. Ron also worked cooperatively with other professionals to perform a difficult renovation job on our endless pool: It needed a new lining, extensive maintenance, and we had an electric retractable cover installed. Ron also operates a snow removal business. He has plowed our long driveway twice, freeing us from being stranded at home.

Ron and his team did an outstanding job on our addition. Even though we had a poorly drafted set of plans from another source, they took the time to haggle with the city to make everything right; not part of their job but it was handled professionally and the job was done perfectly. A true pleasure to work with.

Ron Webb Remodeling gave us a new kitchen ceiling. They removed the hard plastic sheets and the florescent lighting tubes from 2 recessed, rectangular boxes in our kitchen ceiling. The recessed boxes were then covered with Sheetrock and 6 new canister style light cans were installed where needed around the room. The entire ceiling was then dry walled and painted. Halogen bulbs were placed in the cans with a dimmer to adjust the lights. This helped to bring our kitchen up to date and improved the lighting tremendously. It has made a huge difference in the look of the kitchen and we are very happy. The work was an excellent job, on time and on budget.

Ron Webb Remodeling is reliable and professional. Ron and his employees helped us with a remodel project on our bathroom from design to finished product and we couldn’t be happier. We interviewed 5 General Contractors when we decided to make some improvements to our home in Sunriver. We chose Ron Webb because he had the most professional business process for bidding the project and managing change orders. We also liked his personable collaborative style and he had great references. Ron and his team replaced a wall of sliding doors by designing a beautiful new wall with an updated window configuration. In addition, they replaced all the windows of our home, re-sided, added stacked rock siding across the front and around the garage. They also painted and refinished one deck and designed and built a new front entrance. The work they did really updated our home and brought it out of the 1970’s. We couldn’t be happier with the work Ron did for us. He came in on time, on budget and with the quality he promised. He and his team did such a great job ...that our neighbors hired him after watching the project develop and the hard work ethic of him and his team. Because of the good experiences we have had with Ron Webb Remodeling we have used them for 3 different projects, a sunroom addition, a complete bathroom remodel and some kitchen work. With Ron on site and his wife Kelli keeping the books straight all the projects ran very smoothly. Ron is a great communicator. We always new what was going to happen next, by whom and when. If the plan changed he always promptly let us know. We quickly learned that if he said it was going to happen tomorrow, it did! Rons years of experience was apparent in all he did. His bids were accurate and unexpected challenges were easily solved. All his work was of high quality. At the end of each day he always cleaned up his mess and put his tools away. Ron demands quality work from his subs. His attention to detail not with the work he did but his subcontractors also was greatly appreciated. All the jobs were completed by the date we had set up. They were all pleasant contractor experiences!! Thank you Ron for the great work you have done in our home.

When we started looking into finding the right person to build our deck extension, we weren’t sure who to put our faith in. Ron has been wonderful to work with. He explained every phase of the construction to us and promptly answered any questions we had. He worked within our tight time constraints and finished our deck well before the deadline. Any concerns we voiced were quickly taken care of and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Ron takes great pride in providing reliable subcontractors. All of his subcontractors have done very professional jobs and the quality of their work shows. He has built the deck of our dreams and we look forward to spending many pleasant years enjoying it. We bought a second home in Bend in 2008 and for 4 years tolerated a guest bathroom with a very makeshift shower that we had improvised. With an upcoming vacation stay and additional guests expected, I called Ron to ask for an estimate to have a new, deeper tub, tiled shower surround, plumbed shower and a window above the tub that would be harmonious with the shower usage. We had 6 weeks from the time of the first conversation until our scheduled need for the completed project. Ron and his crew were helpful, understanding, cooperative, timely, clean and careful with every step of the process. The project was finished to our satisfaction and delight a week or so ahead of schedule. We've enjoyed this new space every time we visit, and its lovely functionality has improved the feel of the whole house. I would highly recommend Ron Webb and his company to anyone with a remodel project, and we plan to use him again when we dream up another change for the house.

We were looking for a contractor willing to do small jobs - we were not having much luck. We found Ron's name in the yellow pages - then went online to check - we called him, he came out right away to give us a bid - putting up a roof over the back deck of our house. Ron is very professional and did an excellent job for us. We are very happy with how the job turned out; why didn't we do it sooner - because we hadn't found Ron, yet. We are talking to Ron now about the second job. He will do this one in Spring or Summer. If you are looking for a contractor - don't hesitate to call Ron.
