Construction company does not complete work as contracted, uses poor quality materials, does not pay his workers, work that is completed is done shoddily while cutting many corners if not downright improperly. Lies to customers and orders different materials than they chose for their homes. He presents a sample of high quality carpet, flooring, appliances etc then searches for similar looking materials and substitutes them for the quality materials he bills for. Some of the subterfuge is cosmetic but a lot of it is to the structure of the home.
