It's always a pleasure when I get to work on gutters installation projects with Ryka. They are professional, care about their clients needs and quality of work.

I started with a major renovation for moving my family to Celebration. I needed more space and Ryka came to the rescue. Innovative attic design by Ryka added 500 square feet to my home. Ryka also renovated my master bath and kitchen into beautiful new rooms. We could not be happier with the way it turned out. A few hiccups were quickly handled by Ryan and he stayed in constant contact with me 7 days a week. Most of the work was done while we were living in our previous home and not once did I worry about being taken care of. Eric and Ryan treated me as a friend and were always concerned with our satisfaction and gave us peace of mind. Thank you!!!!!

Ryka has a great team of diverse professionals. They were able to work around our busy house with two toddlers. They were very accommodating as to the pace of the project we had projected. Very easy to reach the owners and are always willing to answer any questions and concerns. We love our finished project and our guests can't stop complimenting on it. They remodeled 3 bathrooms, our staircase and our kitchen.

It would be impossible to come up with just one word about our remodel. What started out as a tired Mediterranean/ transitional condo has become a modern spa-like retreat (replete with Tiki room). While we couldn't be happier with our home, working with Eric and Ryan along the way was a treat. There was not a single request or alteration or new direction we took that was not greeted with enthusiasm- even if it meant abandoning a simpler path. This condo could be in a magazine! Our vision is now our reality! Highly recommend Ryka!!

Ryka Builders have done a lot of work for me they are very professional, interior and exterior work. they can handle any project big or small. We could not have been more pleased with our homebuilding experience. Eric Powell not only builds a quality product, but truly cares and stands behind his work. Our home was completed in a timely fashion, organized and on budget. He did an outdoor kitchen and kitchen and bathroom remodel.
