Due to mobility issues we needed to put an elevator in our new home. Sadler Construction specializes in accessibility remodeling and new construction so they helped us by constructing the shaft. On the first two floors, the shaft was on an exterior porch, so it included cutting out flooring while providing structural support for the rest of the house. On the third floor the shaft was completely in a room, so walls were needed which would match the existing room. Our contract with Sadler included everything: engineering, building permits, framing, insulation, exterior siding, interior drywall, three new doors, electrical service and painting. The project was completed on-time and within budget. The Sadler team was wonderful to work with from Lewis (owner), Jason (estimator & project manager) and Israel & Luis (builders). We felt very comfortable with them coming and going from our home, even when we were not there. They were extremely professional, very careful with the construction and daily cleanup, and sensitive to keeping gates and doors closed so our two large dogs wouldn't escape. I would recommend Sadler Construction to everyone and would be glad to provide a reference personally.

Cannot keep this to myself!!! I would hands down recommend this company for your house needs. We just recently moved into a new home and wanted to completely gut and redesign the kitchen into an open concept kitchen. Lewis clearly saw our vision and helped us create our dream kitchen. He and his team were professional beyond what I thought was possible. They were thoughtful, timely, detail oriented, and incredibly kind and easy to work with. Looking forward to hiring them again soon!

sadler construction built a first floor m/b with a curbless shower, attached deck/screened poarch as well as a slopping front walk all exterior doors had curbless entryways. his employees as well as all subcontrators did a very good job. we are really pleased with the outcome as this will allow us to remain in our house for a long time

Outstanding Construction Company..After being in addition they built 3 years ago, everything is still perfect. Reasons I would hire them again in a heartbeat. 1. Quality of workmanship. 2. Subs enjoy their work and take pride in their work. They or long term employees. 3. Contract is managed well with a great process.Changes are well documented for all parties. 4. Both office communication and site communication are outstanding. Expectations are exceeded..

We were very impressed Lewis Sadler's vision and design and by all the Sadler employees in their professionalism, work quality and overcoming the many challenges during our home remodeling. Their work in installing a 4 level elevator, graded entry walkway eliminating the front steps, and making our house generally handicap accessible was first rate. We are very much enjoying all the amenities they added.

I am happy that I found and hired Lewis Sadler Construction to build our new house. Lewis and his teams of workers could not have been nicer and did quality work throughout the process. Excellent results on renovation & update of 3000 sq. ft. of original 1985 house Structural repairs both major & minor, new HVAC ductwork, gutted 3 baths & kitchen, new paint, updated electrical, refinished hardwood floors, new carpet, new marble mosaic tile bath floors, new subway tile for walls in baths & kitchen, new plumbing fixtures, new light fixtures, some new kitchen appliances but retained any relatively new ones, new door hardware, new window hardware, replaced exterior patio doors with French doors, new countertops (marble in baths, granite in kitchen). Contractor had a great eye, liked clean spare lines, suggested many features that significantly improved & updated home. Sub-contractors & suppliers excellent. Everyone connected with project was competent & pleasant, & everything was either done right or made right. I now have the kitchen of my dreams thanks to the subcontractor for kitchen design & cabinetry - a dramatic room with multiple work stations & lots of storage in handsome, sturdy cabinets. We relocated to newer back section of our home for 8 months so contractor had unimpeded access to do everything the right way without being rushed.

I could not be more pleased with Sadler Construction! From start to finish, they made the addition to our home a seamless and stress free one. Lewis is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and offered many creative suggestions that made our addition even better. I would highly recommend Sadler Construction and plan to use them again with the design/construction of our beach home.

We did a complete remodel of a 1970s two story house to make it handicapped accessible so we could ‘age in place’. This included a new addition with bathrooms, an elevator, re-doing the kitchen, hard wood floors, new siding, windows, and doors. Five years later we continue to appreciate living in a beautiful space that, with Lewis Sadler’s guidance, we designed to work for us, rather than just work with what was there. We were very pleased that we hired Sadler Construction as our contractor. He welcomed our questions and concerns both in the design phase and during construction. The people Lewis hired did good work and if someone failed to do a quality job, they were gone. The fact that he did a high quality job has become more apparent over the five years since we moved back in. We have had no major failures or unpleasant surprises, like water leaks, electrical problem, leaking seals, etc. When asked to give an honest estimate of the time required to do the remodeling, he finished 1 week ahead of his date. He is highly recommended!

I had a total master bathroom remodeled done by Sadler Construction. I had walls removed and changed the location of plumbing. I put in high end cabinets, granite counters, a roll in shower with 2 heads, all tile. I loved his subs. I would highly recommend Lewis & his team.
