We used Pate and Blake for a very large renovation of our entire first floor. They were efficient, responsive and we will use them again.

We loved working with Salt Marsh Renovations. They are experts in their fields, professional, nice and completed all work on time. We hired them when we purchased our house this August and learned that we needed a lot of structural work, help with wood rot, electrical and a bunch of other things both inside & outside of the house. Its not easy working with a 100 + year old house but they were so knowledgeable I knew we were in good hands. They took time to sit down with us to review the scope of the work and give us an honest picture of the price and timeline we were looking at. They helped us figure out what projects were urgent and what could wait. I never felt that they were trying to take advantage of us but rather that they were great partners who truly had our best interest in mind. They are also very well respected in the community and I can tell their employees enjoy working for them. Their work was great and I would 100% call them for any future project.

Salt Marsh Renovations installed a complete half bath for us in our playroom. They did excellent work, in a timely manner and stayed within our budget. I highly recommend Salt Marsh Renovations and look forward to having them complete future projects in our home.

Pate and Blake did a renovation of the whole first floor of our new home including a new kitchen, taking out two walls/installing a massive beam, new master bath and new floors throughout. To sum it up, they were on time, on budget and we will use them again. They're fun too!
