Wayne’s workers did a beautiful job on my bathroom! Besides the minor hiccups of needing more part with the plumbing for the installation of the tub, which was expected. Everything went smoothly and the job was completed to my satisfaction! Pleased Customer, will definitely hire them again for my next project.....

Wayne Samuels is a dishonest purveyor of poor workmanship and over charding for job changes. Since he last did work for me, I have found that all outlets were incorrectly installed, caulking was done with the cheapest stuff that shrinks to invisibility over time. The first job he did for me looked good, so I hired him to do my kitchen. Now the first job--roof is leaking, causing interior wall damage. Window is crooked. Floors are sagging...very dishonest. Tried to bully me into overpaying. Beware!

Two completion goals that we strive for in each project are functionality and an aesthetically pleasing finish. To assure we meet our personal requirements as well as for your assurance and peace of mind, we obtained permits from your township, which included their building inspections at the conclusion the project. It's a practice that we apply to each of our projects to ensure projects are completed within the building standards of each township.

I hired Wayne Samuels for renovation of 3 bathrooms. His contract stated that it would be completed in a little over 6 weeks. It has now been almost 4 months since he tore up our bathrooms and he has been unable to finish any of the projects he started. We are still living in a construction zone. He kept on promising that he would get it done in the next few days, but those timelines had no value. He did not live up to a single thing he said he would do. He still has around $4000 worth of materials that I paid for, that he is not getting back to us for the last 2 weeks. I am a physician and have to spend my little spare time chasing him down almost all day just to get a text back from him and then be told a LIE. Samuels construction is not a company, It is just Him working ALONE. Wayne is highly unreliable, not trustworthy and barely a handyman. I would stay away from him as far as I can

I had my dream kitchen planned out for quite sometime, saved up a little more than my goal and did some research on good construction workers near me and a few popped up.. Before I called Samuels Construction, I called another company who did not sound so confident in their work. Seen the reviews on Samuel's Construction, when I called them I asked them for an estimate time on how long the project would take, price, and if they were 100% able to fulfill everything that I wanted for my dream kitchen and with no hesitation they said "Of course!" Even gave me small ideas that made my kitchen even better then what I imagined!! I could not be any more satisfied in the work that Wayne and his guys did for me! They were quick, polite, punctual, clean, and respected my personal privacy!! Defiantly recommend Wayne and his crew from Samuel's Construction!

I was referred to this company from a friend and its the best choice that I have made. Samuel's Construction does not disappoint and was worth every penny. They have turned my old kitchen into a place I am proud to call family and friends over. I will definitely be calling Wayne again whenever I need another part of my home remodeled.

I’m extremely impressed by the work Samuel’s construction did on my bathroom! I love it the way the tiles are perfectly lined up and how the color scheme is beautiful. They were very good with time effeciency. It felt like they were in and out with a lot of improvements all the way up towards the finished product. I highly recommended this team to anyone who needs a bathroom redone!

I'm so glad I chose Wayne and his team for my new kitchen remodel! the design has an elegant style with a nice color scheme as well. There is much more space than there was before, so now my family isn't squeezing through each other in the cooking area. Samuel's Construction is definitely my go to for future projects!
