We are builders of very high quality residences. We have been in the business of doing so for 25 years. Our projects have gone from the small and relatively simple size of 2,500 square feet to the very large and extremely complex of 47,00 square feet. We pride ourselves on the level of finish we provide, the coordination to accomplish that and the attention to schedule and economic value. In particular, we provide very detailed preliminary budgets for Architects and Owner very early in the process to assist in keeping both parties abreast of the current costs in the market, which allows design decisions and Owner's preferences to be related to the budget and the product desired. Our preliminary budgets have proven to be within 3 to 5 percent of the eventual outcome of costs at the end of the day. Our success has been by being chosen by the Client very early in the process of the entire project. We coordinate with all the designers, Architect, Structural Engineer, MEP Engineers, Civil Engineers to assure the project stays on budget and schedule.
