Ridgewater homes and Daryl Berden was so nice until we signed the contract for our home renovation in Cloverdale. After that fake and overinflated invoices where pouring.He charged commission even on the work that we did ourselves with our trades. Daryl wanted commission even on appliances that we bought. We easily overpaid by 70,000 dollars for a very poor quality We insisted to give us the permits for plumbing and electrical ,but we received none. Soon after they finished we had bad leaking form the main bathroom though the ceiling into the family room. We notified the owner but no response. The damages they produced are too many to write. This is a real review and we are ready to show their work to everyone interested

Communication, scheduling, and payment details were all top-notch. Quality and professionalism were abundantly evident in the work done by them from start to finish. Ridgewater Homes & their team just finished a renovation in our office. They were incredibly professional & very considerate of the disruptions to our environment as we continued to work in the space they were renovating. They did a fantastic job - their work was completed on time and the result of the reno was great. We will being hiring them for more work next year. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Daryl and Carlos were professional and great to deal with for our kitchen renovation. Most importantly they were able to stick to a strict deadline we had, with a baby on the way. The only downside was that we went over-budget and had to make some cost-cutting decisions. Every step of the way we were able to talk through our questions and concerns. In the end, we got the much-needed peace of mind from having professionals manage our whole renovation process. And of course, we are VERY happy with the final product.
