I am pleased to express my unequivocal endorsement of the Schultz Development Corporation which served as the general contractor for a two year residential construction project which was located in the Silverleaf/Horseshoe Canyon of Scottsdale, Arizona. I, Robert A. Sampieri, served as an independent contractor to the owners for all aspects of the development and construction phases (with the general contractor) providing review and approval of all financial and sub contractual agreements. I am pleased to attest to the exceptionally strong, considerate, creative, and positive management oversight that John Schultz, the President and his staff consistently performed. Strong, sound and transparent management was exemplified in: •Budget development and control; •Solicitation of competitive bids from potential subcontractors to ensure the lowest and most responsive subcontractor; •Proactive analysis, discussion and reporting were sustained throughout the construction phase for all change order requests; •Design modifications were carefully considered and fully justified prior to implementation; •Monthly draws were consistently prepared in a comprehensive and fiscally clear display making the review and approval process result in the highest level of fidelity; and •Key staff members e.g. purchasing/contracting, financial reporting and site superintendent were always well informed and professionally responsive to all inquiries. Mr. John Schultz’s leadership and management skills were instrumental in maintaining an aggressive construction schedule, coordinating all subcontractor work so that no down time occurred in the construction schedule and maintained all budget parameters for this multi-million dollar construction project. Given the extensive experiences that I have had monitoring, reviewing, and assessing the progress of this construction project, I can confidently and enthusiastically endorse the Schultz Development Corporation to any individual(s) considering the construction of a luxury residential project.

We selected Schultz Development Corp for a major remodeling project and were very pleased with their work. They did an outstanding job in all aspects including from the initial proposal stage through the final permit process and punch list items. The Schultz team executes at the highest level throughout the organization and kept us informed throughtout the construction process. The day to day on site job supervisor was outstanding and they add access to and great working relastionships with the many subcontractors involved in our project. They also worked very well with our architect (Candelaria Design) and interiour designer (EstEst) so everything was handled seamlessly for us.
