My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It is always a pleasure working with John and Fran. We have a clear line of communication and mutual understanding as to the project and final outcome. We contracted to build with Schwingle Builders in 2015 and now enjoying a quality built home. When John said he would be on the job everyday – he was. When he said the work would be done by a specified date – it was and within budget . All the work that was done was with quality materials and professionally done. We found him to be honest, trustworthy and an excellent builder. We experienced a nearly flawless building experience. He is an excellent builder and would highly recommend Schwingle Builders.

John was great to work with. Never forced anything upon us, was always willing to listen to our input. And he paid great attention to detail, we never had to worry about anything being over looked or missed. If I had to sum Schwingle builders up in one word it would be "quality". Can't say enough good about them. We have been in our new home almost 9 years now and are still thrilled with it, and we haven't had any repairs on it! Thanks John.

Excellent builder. He was on time (120 Days) and budget. Good communicator with phone and e-mail. Good character with integrity and honesty. Very few follow-up visits to correct problems with a very short punch list.

Schwingle Builders has built two homes for us over the years. We were extremely satisfied with the process and the end product. He is a quality builder who does not scrimp on materials. He also employs or uses only the best subcontractors. We had to use a different builder for our last home we built because we had no choice with the lot we chose to buy, and were disappointed with the experience by comparison. We have and still do recommend Schwingle Builders whenever we have the chance. His bids were also reasonable when we worked with him.
