SCM did a repair/remodel after a huge tree fell on our house. Chris was at our house within an hour of calling. His work crews are honest, punctual, hard-working professionals. They stayed on schedule throughout the project and exceeded our expectations for completion date. Chris was on site daily and always very accessible by phone or text. A couple of minor issues after completion were resolved in a timely manner without hesitation. Honest people and quality work at a fair price.

We used SCM to remodel our previous house in 2015, so when our house flooded due to Hurricane Havrey we called SCM right away to schedule our next remodel. Chris and Matt have patiently worked with us and have been life savers throughout this process. I would highly recommend SCM to anyone who is looking to remodel their house.

We have worked with Christ Schmidt several times, and have been very happy with the final result. He oversaw the remodel of our kitchen, both bathrooms, and worked with us when it was time to replace the original windows and upgrade our AC unit + duct work. Have always had a positive experience.

I have referred SCM to many friends, family and clients. The contractors that they use are all friendly, respectful, trustworthy and clean. Their finished product speaks for itself. I consider Chris and Matt family and will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

They met all challenges with ease and their team of skilled craftsmen made sure our home was built with attention to detail and high quality. As first time home builders, we were overwhelmed and anxious about the building process, but SCM's expertise and professionalism put our minds at ease. I hired SCM to do an master bedroom /bath addition, then subsequently he built a garage/outdoor restroom for us. We were pleased with the quality of work and had no surprises in the budget. I would have no issues recommending SCM to others for home construction projects and have done so since we have had our project completed.
