One of the best complements that my former boss Jaque Robertson would give a contractor is that he or she was honest and knew how to build. Scordio Construction scores high on both counts. While I was at Cooper Robertson I worked on several project with Scordio and they all turned out great and also on budget and on time. Since being on my own, I have worked on 3 projects with Scordio and all have been executed to our and the Owner's delight and also on budget and on time. Ten years ago we combined two Penthouse Apartments on the Upper West Side - a complete gut rehab. Scordio Construction served as GC and we could not have been happier.
