Scott constructed our new home at Lake Cypress Springs. We did our homework when selecting a builder. We interviewed many local builders and checked references on their completed projects. We selected Scott Redfearn, Inc. and could not be happier with our new lake home. What was important to us was to find someone who was trustworthy and would build a quality constructed home. Scott delivered on both fronts. Having worked with other builders on past projects, we understood the challenges that come with building a custom home. Scott worked hard to meet all our specific requirements and deliver a home that we will enjoy for many years to come. Thanks Scott!

Scott custom designed our forever home and we couldn't be happier. We showed him the building spot and gave him a few of our favorite random floor plans. He made it ALL work to give us a wide open floor plan and lots of useful space. SER specializes in customizing a home to fit your specific needs. We couldn't have built our forever without Scott and Laurie Redfearn including the great sub-contractors such as Troy Clower electrical, Buds Plumbing, Alford AC, Shumate Floor covering, Noriegas Cabinets and hardwood flooring, Jamie Mejia paint crew and Elloy & framing crew. It took us a total of 6 months. :)

Scott built our Church in 2012 and did an excellent job! He met with us several times to get a better understanding of what we wanted and what our needs were. He made the building process easy. I love the fact that his wife works along side him and is there to help the client with the interior decorating. She made the selection of colors and interior décor less complicated. Thanks Scott and Laurie.

This was our first house to build and we didn't know one thing about what we needed to do. Scott and Laurie helped us create the plan for about 2 years before we were ready to commit to building. Once building started, they continued to help us with every little thing. We met regularly and they kept us informed of our progress. Gave great suggestions for us and didn't shoot us when we changed our minds... :) We also used the houzz website to communicate about likes and dislikes for the interior of the house. We struggled with not really knowing how big a room was just by telling us the square footage. So they took us inside some of their other projects and let us actually see the size of some rooms. That was a huge help for us. I would highly recommended using them for any building project.

Scott and Laurie Redfearn are an absolute dream to work with! My husband and I spent 2 years working with Scott on customizing our house plan until it was exactly what we wanted. Scott was patient, knowledgeable and creative with us. Once we began construction, Scott and Laurie were always available for meetings and progress reports. They kept us informed about our budget every step of the way. If we asked for something over our initial contract, they were upfront with us about the cost to make the change or upgrade so that we could make an informed decision on whether or not the change was worth it! We had always heard that building a house was a stressful experience...but with Scott and Laurie, it was fun - and we have our dream house!
