Hired SDB to do two remodeling projects at our home. Shakeel came out an gave us a quote to remodel our Guest Bathroom and then sent his team out to start the project. They hauled away all the old materials and worked daily to complete the job. Overall we were very pleased with their work and highly recommend him and his team. Upon completion of the first project, we then hired him for our second project to remodel our Master Bathroom, construct and paint an Accent Wall in our Master Bathroom and paint the cabinets in our Kitchen. We were very pleased with the second project they completed as well.

Absolutely disappointed and frustrated. Shakeel, the representative of this company, appears to have little to no knowledge of basic construction or remodeling. My project was initially quoted at $10,000 — a price I was comfortable with. However, as the work progressed, I was constantly hit with hidden fees and surprise charges that totaled an additional $5,000. What’s worse, the final result was far from what was promised or expected. The workmanship was subpar, the execution careless, and the communication throughout was nothing short of misleading. This company operates with a lack of transparency and professionalism that is both alarming and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away. You’ll end up paying far more than you agreed to — for far less than you deserve.

I would highly recommend their service!! This company has done both major and minor work for me while I was trying to sell my home. Anyone who has been in this situation knows how stressful attempting to sell your house can be, but SDB Construction made that process affordable, and the work was nicely done. I plan to use them for my new house’s renovations and updates. I even got the wife's seal of approval!!!

He was prompt, respectful, and communicated every step of the process clearly. What stood out most was how quickly the project was completed without sacrificing quality. Shak and his team worked efficiently and kept the space clean and organized throughout the remodel. The attention to detail was top-tier, and my new bathroom looks absolutely stunning! If you're looking for a contractor who is reliable, fast, and professional, I highly recommend SDB Construction and working with Shak. You won't be disappointed!
