“I could not be happier with the bathroom and minor kitchen remodel that Chi Renovation & Design did for me. After shopping around for a little bit, I decided to go with them because they were the most professional and genuine when I met them for an estimate. I was impressed from the very beginning by how responsive they were. Normally, I hate it when I need to “work” for a company to get back to me or just correspond in general. But all of my phone calls and emails were returned within half an hour, which for a company in this industry, I can say from past experiences is really rare! I particularly liked that they assigned a designer to my project. This was included in the cost. They showed me samples, so I could pick out all the materials. Lior has a lot of experience and was able to give me lots of cost-efficient and creative suggestions on what he thought would work for my space. He re-did my entire bathroom and knocked down a wall in our kitchen. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and thorough with the initial estimate he gave. One suggestion in particular proved to be extremely helpful and that was his advice to knock down a wall that was creating an awful divide in our kitchen. Once we got rid of it, the kitchen transformed into a much more open and sophisticated space. Another thing I was very pleased with was how timely and neat they were, I really appreciated that. I trusted having them around and they did an excellent job. I'm very happy with everything and would definitely recommend them”

“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”
