When we purchased this house almost 5 years ago I loved the kitchen!! It was so large compared to our last home. The bathrooms,on the other hand, were not so much to love. The showers were only 2-3 feet of space, dark and uncomfortable to shower in. Hardly any vanity space and the places the toilets were, were well, not the most spacious. We knew eventually we would have to renovate the bathrooms. Well, when we met Yaniv, we hired Shefer Builders to redo our roof. I could tell instantly he was an extremely detailed person. This filters down to the staff. The entire staff!! Talking with Yaniv during the roof project, we decided to have the company redo our bathrooms. This included a 3D designer, and a mobile showroom that came to the house so I could choose all the fun stuff. Everyone is so nice and comfortable to talk to about design and pricing. In addition, the crew and foremans were very helpful in explaining what they were doing throughout the enire projects. As for the kitchen: we had a dishwasher go bad and it leaked water all over including out the back of the house!! Well….perfect time to have Shefer Builder renovate the kitchen!! What a continued blessing to have the crews come back again and help in such a fine way. I have always loved cooking and baking but even more so now with my beautifully desinged, perfectly crafted and functional kitchen!! They give so much attention to the little things I did not even notice! Exceptional quality from everyone!! The crews were hard working, fun and really made the process a joy to experience. We will definately be calling to use them for any further things we need beautified at our home!!

We just finished front yard landscaping, driveway and front façade remodeling with Shefer Builders. We are delighted with the outcome. We got many compliments from our neighbors and friends on the work done by Shefer Builders. We are happy with the entire process. Yani took the time to understand our needs and project. He brought in his crew as needed, so no details were missed. The most impressive thing about working with Yaniv was that he was transparent, prompt, responsive and flexible. I used Shefer Builder for a kitchen remodel and I'm so glad I did. They were friendly, detail-oriented and flexible. First, I didn't want a total teardown. I wrote a detailed doc specifying what I wanted and sent it to a bunch of contractors. Yaniv was the only guy that actually read it and gave us a competitive quote - everyone else tried to upsell us a total teardown. I really appreciated that. We wanted to purchase all materials and appliances ourselves, and Yaniv worked efficiently with us to schedule things . Partway through the process we changed our mind - went for an in-counter cooktop instead of a separate range. Yaniv took the change in stride, adjusted the quote and schedule, and work continued smoothly. I was very impressed. Partway through the renovation, covid hit. When this happened Yaniv quickly hurried his schedule so that his workers could be out of our house as soon as possible. I really appreciated it. This renovation was over a year ago and all the work has been first rate. There wasn't a detail missed and everything's held up. For all my future renovations, Shefer Builder will be my first (and probably only) call.

We finally decided to have some renovations done to our house. This consisted of a full kitchen remodel, a fireplace remodel and changing the floor of the entire house from carpet to luxury vinyl planks. We did speak with several contractors but at the end, we chose to go with Shefer builders. Going in, we knew they wouldn’t be the cheapest but there were several reasons that made us pick Shefer. In talking with Yaniv, he seemed very knowledgeable with all the aspects of renovating. His advice and suggestions were sound and good. He had a team that helped with administrating and designing, and he offered 3D rendering which we thought was a big plus. We were be able to see the kitchen layout before it was even built. More pluses were that he offered to handle the entire permitting process, something we’re not familiar with and he also had connections with suppliers. He was able to help us get some of the materials backed by his knowledge of each. From cabinets, to the counter slab, to sinks and everything else, he gave good advice on what was good and what was not. Yes, we did research on our own, but he told us aspects of some of the materials that we didn’t even think about. We found this very valuable. So bottom line, we didn’t have to shop for everything ourselves. We just picked the styles we want and he’d help us get them. We probably wouldn’t be as confident if we had to get everything ourselves. Another important factor was insurance. Yaniv assured us that all his workers were adequately insured and backed it with up to date, current documentation. Yes, renovations can get chaotic but Yaniv’s team worked professionally. Everyone had a good attitude, they were friendly and they worked very hard. Like with any renovation, there were hiccups that popped up along the way. For any problem that came up, we told Yaniv and he addressed each one as soon as he can. Through the entire process, we always had good communication with Yaniv. It was mind blowing to discover how many details had to be discussed. From where tiling should end, on how to position knobs and pulls, how doors should swing open and so many others. Yet Yaniv always made himself available to talk to us. He was always responsive. Again, we feel that good communication is a key to having a project run smoother. We also tried to think what Yaniv and his workers go through. There were a couple of times when we decided to make some last minute changes. We tried to tell Yaniv right away and not wait until they were well into the work. He appreciated this very much that we saved him and his workers some unneeded work. The project finally finished, and we can honestly say that we are very happy in how it turned out. We wouldn’t hesitate to choose Yaniv and his team again for our next project.

I hired Shefer Builder to help with a kitchen project. I had a limited budget. I met with Yani Shefer and he took time to really listen to what I wanted AND what I could afford. He had wonderful ideas that could meet my budget. He was involved with the entire process which was extremely helpful. Yani always responded quickly whenever I had questions or concerns. The entire team was professional and reliable. I was so impressed with the results, I expanded my upgrade to include two bathrooms! They are stunning! Seriously incredible. This has been a truly awesome experience from the very beginning.

We cannot wait to say good things about Shefer Builder. We worked with Yaniv to replace our old kitchen, into a luxury one. The whole process went incredibly smoothly. Everyone from the kitchen remodeling team to the back office were a joy to work with. We needn't have to be worried; the team always wore their masks and cleaned up after every day of work. We appreciated how transparent the team was as the project progressed. They were also incredibly precise, and made sure all the work was done to not only our specifications but also their own high standards. Shefer Builder remodeled the entire kitchen, and replaced the countertops and installed new cabinets. They also installed all the appliances. Ensured that the new kitchen meets all the new building codes. Shefer Builder did a very professional job and taking our requests and suggestions into consideration. All the workers are polite and professional. The project leader Yaniv is very attentive and visited the job site frequently. They also built a custom bench for our kitchen nook which turned out very nice. I would recommend Shefer Builder to my friends and other people.

We recently finished a kitchen remodel with Shefer Builder. The work was completed exactly on time and Yaniv's crew was totally professional in their work and quality.
