Frank was helpful and down-to-earth from the first time he came to the house to give us an estimate. Our project included 1 bathroom partial redo; finding a window leak, repairing the damage and preventing it happening again; replacing a few doors and new bathroom tile floor. He made sure to give us alternatives appropriate to our budget. Frank and his project supervisor Glen are knowledgeable and were available through the project.

Absolutely the best.It was pretty clear that Frank Shelton main focus was meeting the needs of our family. He completed our home, on time and on budget. We have now lived in that home for two years, without any issues whatsoever. On multiple occasions during the construction and afterwards, Frank went out of his way to make sure that the work was of highest quality and all unexpected issues were taken care of. We had heard horror stories about builders and were very concerned about the whole process. But, the whole process was a wonderful experience for us, thanks to Frank. I would recommend him without any reservations. We feel that our family was blessed to have him build a home for us.

Frank was very professional, had design ideas, and was spot-on with price estimates. He did a large remodel then a tornado took our roof off a few days before completion and he showed up to help us recover our stuff immediately. He remodeled the damaged part of the house and it turned out great. I highly recommend Frank and his staff.

Shelton jumped in and saved us when the guy building our retaining wall up and disappeared on us. Shelton brought in Fransciso and his outstanding team to build the wall in no time. We are so grateful, because the rest of the home's construction could not continue without the wall.

I have worked with Shelton Construction and their other subcontractors for several years. They are always on top of each project and know exactly what needs to be done. Complete new master bath with curb-less shower; went down to the studs and re-insulated and removed huge tub. New mantle in living room. All new flooring: hardwood majority with some tile. Painted nearly all walls , ceilings, and woodwork and replaced all baseboards with 5 inch boards. Removed the florescent lighting in kitchen using one the Houzz ideas---many compliments. Repaired front door and refitted and updated the hardware. Repaired the pull-down stairway. They did a fabulous job and have had many compliments!

Hired Shelton Construction to build custom home from lot selection, through plan design, all construction, and follow-up punch-out/clean. Frank and his team offered sage advice at each step, many suggestions for improvement, and brought the project in under cost. They resolved any issues in a timely manner and relieved us of much of the stress of building a house. Frank constantly reviewed costs, always looking for ways to trim costs without sacrificing quality so we got the best bang for the buck. Outstanding quality custom home and I would not hesitate a second to recommend his team to anyone wanting to build. Great experience and I have total trust in his ability.

We hired Frank and his team at Shelton Construction to remodel our attic into a media room and craft room. Also we had a detached garage with bathroom and kennel built at the same time. I couldn't have been happier with the results of the build! The photos of the build are here on Houzz. Throughout the planning and construction phases Frank provided guidance and sound recommendations. We had to work through some planning issues with the city and Frank was there handling the process. During the build Frank was there any time there was significant activity and made sure that the designs were carried out correctly. Budget issues were never far from Franks mind and every effort was made to keep the cost to a minimum but quality was never sacrificed. As unforeseen circumstances arose, Frank and the sub-contractors under his guidance made suggestions that were practical and cost effective. I would recommend Frank and his team for remodeling projects and I can only imagine that the custom homes built by Shelton Construction would adhere to the same level of quality.
