Shoreline specializes in quality lowcountry style construction to fit each client’s lifestyle and budget. Our team of professional project managers and talented interior designers allows us to offer a full range of services. We are there to help each client, from the very beginning phases of design, throughout the entire building experience. The designers work hand-in-hand with a team of craftsman to bring to life your home of timeless detail and character. Shoreline also stays current with new construction techniques, technology, green building materials and energy efficiency. In 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 Shoreline was honored to be awarded numerous Hilton Head Area Homebuilder's Association Lighthouse awards, including: Best Overall Home, Best Exterior, Best Kitchen and Best Bath. We were also selected to build the Southern Living Magazine 2014 Idea Home in Palmetto Bluff. We also constructed the “Style Home” in Palmetto Bluff sponsored by “Coastal Living” magazine. Currently, we are building homes in Hampton Lake, Hampton Hall, Oldfield, Barton's Run, and Palmetto Bluff.
