Simpleside Construction is amazing! We had our second project completed by them, a large ground-floor storage unit. They were clear with timing, pricing, and plans. They were on time, cleaned-up after the work, and overall managed the entire project! I didn't have to do anything but read their routine update emailss and look at the progress pictures the sent. Highly recommend!

In a panic after being stiffed $16,000 by an unethical contractor, Grant and Simple Side were recommended to us. Our major concern was finding a contractor willing to take over a project started by someone else (others would not). Grant accepted the challenge and was able to amend the incorrect plans and construction started then left unfinished. The deck his crew produced was nicer than the one I built for my primary house, and I am picky. We were so pleased, we also had Simple Side replace all our doors and windows with the same great result. Finally we had the crew remove all our old carpet and replace it with Grant's recommendation of vinyl plank flooring. The quality of work on all three projects was of the highest caliber, and completed in an expeditious manner. During construction we had at least three other impressed homeowners on our street want to know who was doing our work. We gave them Grant's name and highest recommendation. We hope they take our advice as we know Grant and Simple Side will provide them with an exceptional result at a fair price.

We had Grant at SimpleSide Construction renovate our 1970s bathroom. Our bathroom floor was compromised due a leak from the previous owners so the renovation was much needed. Grant was prompt with his email and phone correspondence from the very beginning to the end of the project. He finished the project ahead of his timeline and communicated with us thoroughly throughout the project. Grant did a lot of the work himself, which I thought was very respectable. There were no hidden fees and our project came out as Grant had estimated at the beginning. 3 things that Grant did that really stood out to me: 1. The plumbers from another business accidentally hit our neighbor's mailbox when they came to install the plumbing. I called Grant and he came and fixed our neighbor's mailbox himself on a Sunday. 2. There were two small things I wanted fixed after the job was complete and paid for, and when I called Grant about them he came and fixed them himself the same day I called. 3. Every day throughout demolition and painting, Grant came to check in on the work and sweep up at the end of the day. Our bathroom went from a rotted 1970s mess to an awesome, durable, clean bathroom that we LOVE! We highly recommend Grant and SimpleSide Construction and will definitely be using them again!

Grant was great to work with and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend. Worked with us on our budget and offered great solutions to our project.

We had Simple Side Construction remodel both bathrooms at our cottage. New tub, tiled shower, new tile floor, new toilet in one and enlarged a small shower, tiled the shower, new tiled floor, and new toilet in the other. We were not there for the demo and construction but Grant sent us daily pictures and texts of the progress. When a problem arose with the flooring in one bathroom, he sent pictures of the problem and his recommendations. My wife and I could not have been happier with the results. Our kitchen is the next project and Grant and Simple Side Contruction will, I'm sure, do a wonderful job.

We originally hired SimpleSide Construction to repair a damaged dock. He was quick, did high quality work at a reasonable rate. We have begun flipping houses since then and we use SimpleSide exclusively for all of our major renovations. SimpleSide is reliable, respectful, and honest. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. We look forward to many more projects with SimpleSide at the helm.

I was looking to get some work done in my kitchen. Upgrades included new countertops, sink, lighting, and dishwasher. Grant and his crew at Simpleside Construction we're very accommodating, fast with their response, and provided exceptional costumer service. My latest job from simplesideconstruction@gmail.com was to replace my steps. They look so much better. He is consistent and very respective of my home. Always picks up and leaves it.clean and watchful of my animals. I am very comfortable to leave my home while he is working for me. He has made me inside shutters,a fence, steps and odd jobs.
