I rented one of the Smart Lofts condos for 1.5 years. The design was not adequate. The electrical system was completely wrong. The electrical services were switched. In my instance, I was paying for my neighbor's electricity and he was paying mine through SMART LOFT's negligence. They discovered the issue 9-years after construction. After that supposed repair, I lost electricity for a week in part of the home because the first repair was not complete. I ended up leaving 6 months early. The owners communicate poorly and I do not trust them. They do not seem interested in the customer at all.
