I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am in our new home. I still can't believe we live here! We tore down our old tiny house overlooking the beach and built a brand new 3 story modern masterpiece - all with the help of Lori Dennis and SoCal Contractor. Each room is so special, designed with our interests at heart and it really reflects who we are as a family. Now we have a beautiful home where we can make so many wonderful memories. I can't thank them enough for making our dreams come true!

I'm a long time fan of Lori Dennis, Inc. and SoCal Contractor. My first experience was when we hired them to remodel and transform our master bathroom. They did such a great job, we hired them to help us work on the rest of our house and bring it up to date. One of my favorite aspects are the beautiful new wood windows. We get compliments all the time from our neighbors and guests, even our mailman. We then hired the teams to remodel our mother's home and make it more comfortable for her as she's aging. It put our minds at ease that she can move around safely in her home, and it looks amazing. So far, they've been 3 for 3, and we've got another home for them to help us with and I know it's going to be great. I have complete faith in them and their professionalism.

My wife and I hired SoCal Contractor to tackle remodeling the dated upstairs of our mid-1950s era home. Roy and his team did a great job reconceptualizing the space and creating a beautiful master living area with modern master bath, generous walk in closet, and a gorgeous loft/ work area. Roy is accessible and responsive. If you call him and leave a message he calls you back asap. Same with texts. He's friendly, honest, hardworking. We liked his work so much that we decided to hire him to take on a second remodel project for us in an investment property. Hiring Lori Dennis this time too for the interior design.

Lori Dennis did not disappoint. She handled the complete remodel of our 4,000 sq ft home. We experienced no stress because Lori and her team handled it all from start to finish with an impressive timeline. All the designs and all the construction communications to SoCal Contractor were handled by her team. No detail was too small and no detail was left unaddressed. Ron Z, our SoCal Contractor was approachable, highly experienced, always willing to help, and honest. He held our satisfaction and happiness to a high regard. My husband and I are glad we had the right team working for us. We found Lori to be smart, decisive, and an expert in design. Overall very good communication and professionalism. Working with SoCal Contractor and Lori Dennis Inc. has been an absolute pleasure, they are “By far the best company that I’ve ever worked for. It’s wonderful to have the right communication with both the designer and contractor; they are professional and great team to work with. I’ve been working on their high end projects for quite some time. Our crew has done all the drywall, plastering and beam refinishes and other jobs on their sites. They are very well coordinated, and the clients are extremely happy with all the work that is taking place. I signed an agreement with Lori Dennis Inc and SoCal Contractor to work on an extensive remodel of my 4,000 square foot home in Playa Vista. The team was professional and easy to work with, giving me great ideas and detailed budgets for what I needed to get my home in tip top shape. I needed to move very quickly and they were able to handle my extremely fast pace, while being comprehensive, thorough and always with a smile. I'm now working on my second project with them. I highly recommend them, you can't go wrong!

I have a barber shop in Los Angeles which was in bad need of a face lift. It's fierce competition in for customers in LA and your shop has to not only have top barbers and stylist, but it must look great too. I found Lori Dennis and the SoCal Contractor team on Houzz and after talking to them for 10 minutes, I knew they were the right fit! They were helpful, professional, down to Earth and listened to my vision. They executed a high quality and FAST product that will make my business even more successful than it is. I'm a successful landscape designer in Southern California. I've worked on a few projects for Lori Dennis and SoCal Contractor. Both companies are top shelf. You can easily see from their portfolio that they design and build some of the most beautiful homes in the world. The entire team is hard working, professional and very easy going. They attract really nice clients who seem to love them. I always enjoy working with them, as they are talented, reasonable and committed to making things work for their clients.
