We’ve worked with Joe since 2016 on several projects. He helped renovate my mom’s house in Charlotte for us when we were looking to sell it, and he did worked with our budget to make the renovation as valuable as possible for our needs. The next project was a huge renovation to our primary home and lasted close to a year (accounting for several phases). His team worked diligently, fielding several requests and revisions to the original scope of work. We were extremely pleased with the result and are already planning to work with him again. A miracle worker and a life saver. Our home was damaged during hurricane Florence. One day the contractor we had quit the job but didn't let us know. This was 20 months into a job that should have been finished in less than 12. Was recommended by someone to Sol Source Solutions in early to middle may 2020 and moved in middle of July 2020. We are thrilled and the work was excellent. Would recommend and have given recommendations to people. The house is absolutely gorgeous and we are thrilled.

My home at the North Carolina coast sustained major damage from Hurricane Florence. I contracted with Sole Source Solution to do the renovations on my home. It is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life! From start to finish, Joe and his entire staff worked tirelessly to complete the necessary work.......were always on time or, even if there were going to be a few minutes late, they let you know .....returned messages immediately or within a few minutes ...worked with me endlessly to choose fixtures, etc. that were in my budget ......gave great suggestions for improvement ...and in the end gave me a brand new house beyond my wildest imagination! They were very professional and they know exactly what they are doing. They came in, gave a quote and was done with the job in a matter of days. Was outstanding considering it was after a hurricane and everyone else was busy. I was so glad to have found this company and would go out of my way to be able to use them again.

Joe showed up as scheduled for the quote..we talked about replacing the roof. He showed us samples and we were able to get the roof installed in three days from quote. The crew he used was very professional and meticulous on removing the old roof and installing the new one. The roof was removed and installed in one day..The area around the house was cleaned up after and looks great. We are receiving compliments from all the neighbors.

By word of mouth from a friend, I hired the company, Sole Source Solution, Inc. I met the team and I can honestly say that this project came with tremendous ease. It was a complete renovation of both my kitchen and the laundry room with all new appliances along with a custom cabinet that was added on in addition to the rest of the kitchen cabinets. The before and after results were jaw-dropping—a complete and dynamic transformation. I felt comfortable with the contractors in my home while I was at work. The ease of having a conversation; making a phone call; following up with questions was a stress-free experience for me. I received multiple renderings of the project as we created a phenomenal design and a very satisfying final product. Communication was easy! Meeting the contractor at the various materials/selection sites made it a fun project. The team was easy to work with; they were fun and they made the project an energizing /learning experience for me. They met my budget and offered an explanation on types of materials and the potential for good or bad experiences and how certain materials would endure wear over time for those rooms. I contacted Sole Source Solution for an estimate on a kitchen/dining area renovation. There had been a plumbing leak with damage to kitchen/dining area cabinets and flooring, and a foot or so of the flooring into the living room. Since we were having a significant amount of work done, we added a few projects we were planning for the future. The work to be done was: new porcelain tile flooring in kitchen/dining area, laminate flooring repair in the living room leading into the dining area, partially demolishing and reconstructing a breakfast bar to instead be the same height as the counter (making the whole area an island), paint and trim work, and installing a backsplash for a countertop which I had already ordered from another vendor. Before finding Sole Source Solution, I had been working with a large company to contract all the repair work. It took them over a month to provide me with an estimate; and the estimate was much too high. I decided to try smaller contractors with good online reviews. I found Sole Source Solution through Houzz's website. Joe came out to the house on a Saturday to discuss the work to be done. He had good suggestions for saving time and cost, as well as ideas to minimize the impact which a week of construction would have on our family. He said he'd have an estimate for me first thing Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw his estimate in my email Tuesday morning. From the timestamp, he must have worked into the early hours of the morning to get it done by the time he promised. The estimate was just over half the one from the large company, and even a bit lower than the insurance settlement. Work started within a week of my accepting the estimate. Joe and his crew are talented craftsmen and easy to talk with. The quality of the completed work was excellent--we love the changes. Sole Source Solution took responsibility for "surprises" which came up during the work, and discussed options with us before making any changes to the work we had planned. One time there was a plumbing problem and Joe was able to get a plumber on-site within half an hour to fix it (of course, Joe took care of the fee). I think that Sole Source Solution is "just big enough." They have the resources and connections to get the job done with high quality. They are small enough to have very competitive pricing, and react quickly to any questions or suggestions. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
