I had an excellent first experience with Kyle Stenersen. Kyle was commissioned to build a 16x14 detached office. He promptly made himself available for an initial assessment, quickly provided a transparent estimate. He was patient in back and forth to finetune the design. He does a great job communicating and facilitating his teams with every step of the process. Any small requested modifications or concerns were very promptly addressed. He allowed lots of room for on the fly visionary changes. The end result is a solid, thing of beauty. Since he has now gained my trust, we are moving into a second project. You will be happy you engaged with Kyle on your project.

Kyle is an outstanding contractor. The project was well designed, solidly built with excellent materials and construction. The sunroom is definitely the most solidly built part of the house! Kyle kept in touch throughout the project and made corrections when needed. He was very responsive to questions and needs that arose. The subcontractors were all professional and arrived on schedule. Kyle made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction at each step.

Kyle Stenersen is one of those great contractors. Over a year ago I found out about Kyle and contacted him about a problem I was having with a pocket door in our home. He responded right away and set up a time for him to stop by. He was able to resolve the issue very quickly and get the door working again. At that point, I asked him about several other things on my list that needed to be done. He jumped right in and got to work on those projects. He spent a lot of time using Cabot's Gold deck stain to make our decks look more attractive. He did some painting on an outdoor stairway that was peeling paint badly but he went right to it and got that trim work looking new again. He also resolved our problem with mold staining on an exterior metal door that entered our mud room. For the first time since we built the house that stain is gone for good. He is very good at what he does, he is always on time, or if delayed he would call and give me an update. He is our go-to person for home improvements and repairs. He shows up, His price is reasonable, He is on time and if he is running late he will call you and tell you why.

Kyle Stenersen is a consummate professional and a really nice person. We couldn't be more thrilled with the work that he performed. All of the work was accomplished with quality craftsmanship. Most importantly, Kyle always did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it.

Kyle is unfailingly on time, courteous, and — most important — experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled in a variety of construction tasks — planning and carrying out repairs or new work involving carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping. He’s completed large and small projects for me in all four areas and done so on time and at reasonable expense. I highly recommend him — without reservation.
