I’ve worked with Jeremy for years. He and his crew are incredible at what they do. He has an amazing eye for detail. Highly recommended to anyone out there looking to remodel. 10/10

In January 2024, we contracted with STW and Jeremy for a renovation of a recently purchased home in Round Rock, Texas. It needed a lot of work (repaired flooring, paint, remodel of master bath, electrical, attic work/decking, insulation, sheetrock repair, total fence replacement, kitchen remodel with cabinet re-stain, etc). Jeremy was responsive to a quite large list of renovations, with the biggest changes being a complete demo/remodel of the master bath, and updating the kitchen area. His pricing was fair, and he did a good job of weaving together the various teams (plumbers, electricians, wall repair, staining and painting crews, etc) to cut down on the timeline as best possible. I hope he passes on the before/after pictures of our project to anyone wanting an example of work. We are 100% pleased with the work, and would strongly recommend. As a side note that he isn't just a "grab your money and go after job is done" - immediately after we finished renovating in May, we sprung 3 leaks in some attic plumbing (unrelated bad luck on some copper lines that had been rubbing for years) and he dropped what he was doing to return to our house, mitigate the leaks, and have his plumbing team respond as a priority. This "after the job was done" type service helped me avoid costly repairs to the just completed home. We are glad he was referred to us originally. We anticipate using STW for some future upgrades (exterior deck, some custom shelving) as we settle into the new home. His work just added instant equity to our home, and it is now the best home I have ever owned.

Jeremy Kuhnke and the entire STW (Solutions That Work) team performed above expectations for our bathroom remodel. They were able to start on the job the week after we initially spoke with them, and then finished about one week ahead of schedule. I know that timing is dependent on workload, so let me say that the work itself was top-notch. Jeremy is ahead of the curve in terms of the latest technology, materials and techniques. He made many suggestions that improved the finished project. Communication was great throughout, and invoices were handled through a convenient online service. STW will be the first service providers we call when we undertake our next remodeling project.

Jeremy has been amazing to work with. His crew is very professional and they ensured that the house was properly protected with special protective mats before any work was started. His attention to detail is extreme to say the least. As they were working on our kitchen remodeling, I noticed a small patch that needed to be touched up so I called him to let him know and before I finished explaining, he knew exactly where the patch was and pointed me to other areas he was going to have his team touch up when the remodeling is complete: I was shocked and I realized that Jeremy is more of a perfectionist that me! Our kitchen was completed in 3.5 weeks and it was literally a complete remodel and he was so very impressive on hitting his timelines. As for responsiveness, Jeremy will always provide status updates as the job progresses along with picking the phone up anytime I called. Our master bathroom remodel was a complete demo and the outcome was phenomenal. And we made some last minute changes on wall tile and flooring; he was very accommodating and very reasonable on price adjustments for our changes. He is very flexible and extremely customer centric. Having folks come in and out of our house was always a concern for me and my wife but the professionalism of his crew has completely alleviated all these concerns. And his work is amazing! We will be using Jeremy for 2 more projects: a full house generator system and an outdoor kitchen.

Our home is absolutely beautiful, and Jeremy Kuhnke, of Solutions That Work, made this possible! It has been great working with Jeremy throughout the remodel of our home. Jeremy is very professional, organized, attentive, detailed oriented and a great listener and communicator. He methodically helped us identify the scope of our project, and he worked with us every step of the way to accomplish our goals. His subcontractor crews are professional and thorough, and all of the work performed throughout the house is quality work. During the entire project Jeremy has been our thought partner, he is continually in contact with us, and he makes things happen! Jeremy has an amazing attitude, and he continually works with us to find solutions and possibilities. We are thankful to work with Jeremy, and we look forward to working with him in our future remodeling projects.

It was great to work with Jeremy Kuhnke. He was able to solve the issue of our ‘telephone booth’ sized master shower. We had two other remodelers look at this project. One was laughably way overpriced, the other couldn’t figure out a solution to the problem. Jeremy is very organized, very detail oriented and a great communicator. He prepared a proposal that was realistic in time and fair in price. He was on time and left the work space tidy at the end of every day. Also, at the end of each day we discussed the day’s progress and what would happen next. All his subcontractors came as scheduled and did quality work. Jeremy is a great problem solver, a great listener and an all around nice guy. We would absolutely hire Jeremy for any future remodeling jobs!

Jeremy Kuhnke was extremely detail-oriented and extremely knowledgeable. While installing our backsplash, he even helped with design features near our stove top. And he explained everything very well to help us visualize the finished product and make the best decisions throughout the process. The finished product looks like a detailed work of art. And we look forward to working with Jeremy again with future projects.

STW and Jeremy have done several jobs for me from Remodeling work to tile work in my kitchen. I have never met a contractor quite like him, he actually seems to care and be very intelligent in the things and ways that he works. You can tell the pride that he takes in making sure everything is perfect. I highly recommend him.

Very professional, great communication, quality work. Jeremy was flexible with my busy schedule in making sure we were still in communication to keep things moving forward, whether it was text or a quick visit when it worked for me. He even offered to bring by choices of material when I was not able to go pick things out from the store, and didn't hesitate to keep looking when it wasn't quite right. Jeremy is committed to making sure the finished work is perfect, he asks for feedback at every step and will make sure the final outcome hits all expectations. He manages his team well and they are all very professional, nice, and very hard workers. They show up on time and will stay late if needed. Highly recommended.

Jeremy took a raw redesign idea that we had for our master bath and turned it into an exceptional finished product. We very much appreciated his patience in working with us to turn our ideas into reality. Moreover, he proved himself to be extremely detail oriented and professionally candid. The master bath was transformed from an 80's style garden tube/separate shower into a highly functional custom steam shower with updated vanities. He converted wasted space into expanded closet area and usable space. A master of his trade, I highly recommend him for any home redesign need.

It's unfortunate they only let me give up to 5 stars, because Jeremy really deserves 6. He is the best contractor I have ever worked with and I'll hire him again for any project i have. He was organized, prompt and communicated very well, responding quickly to email, texts, or phone calls. All of the costs were clear and up front and he communicated very well about changes. The work was all top quality and whenever there was an issue he took care of it without any arguing. He treated our home like he was working on his own.
