Tim and his people were scrupulously honest and reliable. They always showed up when they said they would and have continued to help with detail work after the fact. Tim Todd was recommended to us by a friend after we had already reviewed several contractors and passed on them. After the initial meeting, we immediately felt comfortable moving forward and we started what was to become a year long project (our pace) as we renovated and remodeled our 1930 house in the historic district of Georgetown. (All during COVID and supply chain issues) Working with Tim and his team was a pleasure. He was collaborative, patient and experienced as we navigated ideas and responded to whatever our house revealed as the project progressed. It felt more like a partnership than a client / contractor relationship. With our old house we knew we’d have to be patient and flexible as it revealed leaky pipes, bad wiring, broken boards and much more .. and Tim was a perfect partner to help us negotiate each as a collaborative process. He helped with the selection of cabinets, appliances, windows at every stage, often doing research and presenting us with options. We were delighted with the final result and there were no surprises on cost as we were updated regularly. Most Highly recommended.

I've had the pleasure to know and work with Tim Todd since the early 1980's. Tim did carpentry work (and some concrete work as well if I recall) for my Austin homebuilding company at the time. His skills and building knowledge went beyond his carpentry talent and over the years built a construction company that has obviously stood the test of time. After many years our paths crossed again in Georgetown, Texas. We've been working together again since about 1997, when I started my architectural firm. We've collaborated primarily on residential remodels (some whole house) and additions, but Tim does new builds as well. He has a great reputation, is well-liked, easy to work with, and does quality work at fair at competitive pricing. His business longevity is a testament to the exceptional product he produces and how he deals with people. I will continue to pass along Tim's name as a referral to my clients and encourage them to utilize his construction and people skills.

Can't recommend Tim and his team enough. His team did a fantastic job updating our house. His patience with our (perhaps too often) changes was much appreciate and his connections to find better prices on materials was greatly appreciated. He's a professional through and through and his suggestions along the way show his experience in what works well in real life (versus what only looks good on paper). We engaged Tim Todd as the General Contractor for an extensive renovation of our house in Georgetown's historic district. I've renovated 6 other houses and built one. Tim is the best and most professional builder I've ever worked with. Always professional and courteous, he never "goes dark" and stays in touch. It was a pretty extensive project - gutting the kitchen to the stubs, adding windows, all new cabinets in dining room, replacing a claw foot tub with tile tub and shower, refinishing 70% of the floors, entire house painted, converting 310 square feet of garage space to a finished he/she cave and more. He and the cabinet guy designed the kitchen and it is fantastic! His subs are terrific folks as well. Every weekend during the 2.5 month project at least one of the subs worked over the weekend. The project moved along at a much faster pace than I had expected. The final product is simply lovely and my wife and I couldn't be more pleased. You'll be happy you hired Tim, and I hope you do!

Tim Todd was our contractor for some major remodels at our home in Sun City. We took our kitchen and master bath to the studs, added a closet to a hobby room (we took some garage space for the closet), enclosed the patio making it a sunroom and we added a patio outdoors. It was a lot to do in one swoop and everything took about 4 months. Tim was great to work with. He knows what he’s doing as do the subcontractors. Tim became more a friend than someone we hired. He was here checking things every day and made good suggestions that improved our project. His subcontractors were awesome. Pleasant, polite, and they all cleaned up when done for the day. Yes. This was a mess, we stayed in the house while the work was going on but Tim really worked with us and scheduled jobs so that not everything was going on at once. I’d hire him again.

Tim Todd was our contractor for our kitchen and master bath remodel. We took both down to the studs and the construction took about 3 months to complete. We are so pleased. Tim was very easy to work with and all his guys are professionals. He scheduled and made sure that his sub-contractors performed as expected and he took responsibility for their work. He has a really good eye for details and was most concerned that everything met our expectations. Both the kitchen and the bath are gorgeous!

Our project was on a house we had just bought and included updating the kitchen, master bathroom and fireplace, plus other minor updates throughout the house. We had two months to get the work done. Tim did a walk-through and prepared a detailed proposal which clearly outlined the scope of work and estimated cost. We accepted his proposal and he started work immediately. He had sub-contractors who were experienced, knowledgeable and did good quality work. He was easy to get hold of and communication was good throughout the project. He met our deadline and we were able to move in at the end of the two months. There were still a few items on the punch list and the cost was slightly over budget but we were definitely satisfied with the work.

Tim Todd was a professional in all aspects of his work. He listened to ideas, implemented them, and the end result was beautiful. He negotiated with other tradesmen well and kept a good timetable for the work. His knowledge of home renovation was extensive. I have already recommended him to others in my community.

We engaged TA Todd and the GC service and trades were excellent. They made sure that the job was done right and kept the massive remodel effort clean and safe. They coordinated the work such that we could use our kitchen sink up to the last minute before it had to be demoed to continue the project. The before and after results are stunning.
