My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Todd remodeled my entire exterior , new James Hardie siding , New Windows , patio, block fence , BBQ , fire pit . Project completed on time & in budget . My home looks like new . I would Highly recommend Todd. His estimate was 50, 000 dollars less than his competitors. Todd is a working General Contractor not just a pencil pusher

We hired T.M. Construction for a major remodel of a home recently purchased. He was highly recommended by our architect. The prices were very competitive and he was willing to negotiate on certain prices that seemed out of line compared to others. As all remodels go, there were some changes needed and Todd was very reasonable for upcharges if needing to bill. Todd was a hands on contractor doing demo, framing, electrical and plumbing with his guys. He was very reachable to ask questions, handled any issues that arose and very professional in his business dealings. We are contracting again with Todd for the master bedroom and bath beginning May 2015.
