Mark and his team worked in a timely manner to get things completed. He accommodated our schedule and dealt with any issues that came up even after the work was completed.

Had our basement completely done/redone with Mark and his team a year ago. The whole process was smooth and streamlined. Cynthia was great with design, permits and helping with colour choices etc. Mark and his crew/subcontractors were all professional/punctual and the quality of the work is great. We used The Basement Store for our complete basement reno. Our basement was partially (poorly) finished prior to hiring them, and they completely gutted it and refinished it to our exact specifications. They created a bedroom, bathroom, playroom, media centre, and bar. All of their contractors and workers were professional, on time, and skilled. They completed the job on time and on budget (aside from a few items we decided to upgrade). They also have a designer, Cynthia, who was very helpful and brought samples to our house for us to chose as we're a busy family of five with no time to shop around for finishes. Brandon was great throughout the entire process from start to finish and communication was amazing. I'd highly recommend The Basement Store and would absolutely use them again.

Brandon was highly recommended to us by the company that designed our new kitchen, as one of their preferred suppliers. As this was our first major home renovation project, we were understandably nervous about selecting the right contractor to carry out our vision for the project. After some due diligence, we contracted with Brandon and his team. Note – they provided great value, and they were far and away the most professional and credible of all that we interviewed. Brandon was honest and completely transparent in his quote. Every member of the team was maniacally focused on not only the quality of their work, but also on how they treated our family in the process – they really cared and it showed. Everything went so smoothly and the project turned out perfectly! They did such a great job that we have since also had Brandon and the team rebuild our sunroom and also replace all of the wood siding on the back of our house – and we are equally thrilled with that project. From interacting with Brandon as the competent project manager, to all of the amazing and talented team members who took such great care with our renovations (specifically Mike, Scott and Roger), they consistently went above and beyond and looked for ways to surprise and delight us through their workmanship. The Basement store should be called "The Home Store". I originally hired Mark and Brandon one year ago. They have been to my home and have completed 3 separate projects, all of which I am thrilled. They created and built a powder room on my main floor, taking space from my garage. They added a gorgeous shower to my 2-piece basement bathroom and the repaired my master bathroom which had major issues. As well, while in my home, they repaired, replaced and fixed numerous items to perfection (shelving, lighting, flooring, plumbing and electrical). The basement store was always punctual and competitively priced. Visitors to my home are amazed at the work and I couldn't be more impressed. With every project, there are always hiccups. Mark and Brandon came on weekends, evenings and holidays to make sure everything was addressed and flawless.
