BBQ depot replaced my AOG grill. They were prompt and fairly priced. Other companies were charging a fortune for installation and BBQ depot was totally reasonable. They were quick to order, easy to pay and showed up when they said they were coming with a reminder phone call. Their service was impressive and one of the owners actually delivered and installed by BBQ, removing the old one and putting in a new one and spent the time showing me how to work my new BBQ. He wouldn't take a tip when I offered. Totally impressed. Will definitely refer people to this company.

I ordered a part that is not the right part for my grill. It was never used and they will not take it back. They lost my business. You’re better off ordering from Amazon. Steve

That is incorrect. On May 14, we emailed you Is the valve in the original packaging?

Was gas fired through it? It is not we cannot resell it by law if so.

If it is in the original packaging and gas was not fired through, send back to our address.
