The Builders Builder

My husband wanted a gym addition. It would need to be a full out addition to our home. Using the space in our 2-car garage got old fast; especially in the winter season. As a real estate professional, I contacted 4 different contractors and got estimates from all four. Always skeptical of the lowest price estimate, we put down a small deposit with one contactor who was mid-eange in estimates. Our initial deposit got surveyors and architects out, but none of the initial deliverables were executed. The Builder's Builder was not the highest, but they were knowledgeable, professional and saw our vision and even expanded on it! At the end of the day, our fully permitted, heated, cooled, 2-side 1000 sq/ft gym, full-tiled steam-shower bathroom and huge custom shelf walk-in storage closet is AMAZING!!!! Honestly, it turned out better than we imagined. My husband is in gym heaven. We have now entered a second contract with the Builders Builder to install a huge outdoor in ground deck!!!!
