Complete remodel of our Frisco, CO duplex. Excellent workmanship from an obvious experienced contractor. We were not on site during the entire remodel and never had to worry about the project. Text updates with pictures of work accomplished alleviated all concerns.

We met Wayne through our architect during the planning stages for our new home in Blue River, Colorado. Wayne was our first choice from the very beginning. His knowledge and organization won us over immediately. Thebeau construction worked directly with our architect and designer making the project flow seamlessly. We own a vacation townhome in Breckenridge that needed significant renovation, which included a 2-level push out to increase total square footage. We talked to several other home owners in the complex about contractors they hired to do similar renovation projects. We live out of state and were worried about trying to coordinate this project out of town. After meeting Wayne Thebeau with Thebeau Construction, we completely felt at ease and immediately knew who we would hire. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable with the town of Breckenridge and created a realistic and accurate timeline of construction, which facilitated our ability to preplan visits. He is highly respected within the construction community and selected trustworthy and superb subcontractors for us to work with. Wayne's communication with the status of the project was timely and informative, and in reverse, he was easily available to us for questions. We quickly developed a trustworthy relationship and we respected his opinion. We made several alterations to our original plans to enhance the end-product. Wayne would quickly update our budget plan and inform us of where we stood budget wise. Needless to say, we came in under our anticipated budget! We are quite particular, detail-oriented and do not appreciate cutting corners. Quality work is a MUST for us. Mr. Thebeau was wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend him again. Should we chose to build in the future, Thebeau Construction will be our choice as our contractor.

We used Thebeau Construction to perform a major -- 8 month-- remodel of our townhome in Breckenridge, CO. They had performed similar projects in our complex and elsewhere, and came highly recommended by other owners. Working with Wayne Thebeau was a very pleasant experience, notwithstanding the scope of the project which involved demolition of the interior down to the studs, and re-engineering the structure to add a loft, and extend the kitchen and deck, along with completely rebuilding the interior. Suffice it to say, we are very pleased with the results and with the overall process. Wayne Thebeau has great ideas for solving problems, and an attention to detail and perfectionism that applies both to the work performed by him, his subcontractors and suppliers, and to the cost-accounting in his very detailed and fully documented monthly billings. He was always happy to meet with us and show us progress and respond to questions and suggestions during construction. The end result is a home that exceeded our hopes and which was completed on-time and under-budget. He remains available to address minor issues that have arisen since we moved back in. We couldn't have asked for more.
