Thomas Lake has worked for us on several projects during the last 5-years. The largest job was the construction of a three-story (with basement) guest house on our property. The project was challenging and TLB did an outstanding job! Tom is definitely hands-on and his supervisors and sub-contractors are excellent. TLB also did a major remodel of our master suite and again, we had an outstanding result. Most recently, TLB coordinated the complete redesign of our back yard that included the barbecue, patio areas and swimming pool. This project needed to completed in a short time period prior to our daughter's wedding and TLB was the best! They are honest, fair, professional and reliable. I would rate them as Five Star Plus.

We worked with Thomas Lake Builders to remodel a 1927 Roland Coate house in South Pasadena. It was a big job as we added a bedroom, expanded the second floor, built a pool house and renovated all the bathrooms. Tom and his team were on top of every detail and kept a close eye on all aspects of the work. It was handled beautifully and we were very pleased with the end result.
