This was one of my best contractor experiences. Something that drives me really crazy is a contractor that does not show up when he says he will or call to let you know. Ted started and finished the job in a timely manner and was responsive to all my inquiries. He did things by the book (getting all the proper permits) and had good ideas for changes that needed to be made In addition my kitchen came out beautiful and I love it. And when I had a plumbing leak almost a year later, he had someone there within a couple of days to fix it.

Great estimate given, and very informative. Very helpful and great to deal with and cant wait for the project to begin.

TMK expanded and remodelled my vintage 1900 bathroom. Ted bought some great ideas ot the table and worked to incorporate my vision as well. Quality of work performed was great, worksite always clean and orderly, and communication and documentation was first rate. You'll find guys who have the trades skills but not the business skills-- Ted is strong in both areas, plus he has lined up some really excellent subs to make for trustworthy one stop shopping and an overall painless experience.

Ted was extremely organized, communicative, trustworthy and professional from the initial development of the scope of work right through project completion. Ted's positive attitude and demeanor made him very easy and enjoyable to work with. Ted made helpful design recommendations along the way that enhanced the overall value of the project. Full remodel of an existing small master bathroom. Outstanding customer service. Held to the original schedule, no surprises or hassles. When a shower door I specified didn't hold up, TMK negotiated with the manufacturer for a new door of higher quality without additional cost. Craftsmanship was of high caliber as well. We hope to use TMK for our future kitchen remodel.

We hired TMK (Ted Kelley) to work on our kitchen and bathroom projects in our hundred-year old home. From the walk through/ estimate to the completion of the project Ted was thourough, respectful and reliable. We have worked with other contractors and he was by far the most professional. Ted was very good at communicating our options and walking us through the process for our renovation. He shared his ideas with us but did not pressure us into doing things we did not want to do. He always made sure the house was left clean after he and other contractors were working there. We used TMK remodeling for several projects in our home. The first was the renovation of our master bathroom which we were very satisfied with. Ted is highly organized in his approach to these complex projects and he stays on top of details both large and small. He worked with us in an unhurried way and made us feel comfortable before we committed to time, design and materials. For our projects he used a of select few electricians, plumbers and tilers that showed up on time and did excellent work – you would be lucky to find these people on your own if you could. We had our bathroom and basement remodeled and they look fantastic. Ted's knowledge of the pros and cons of various materials, their cost and overall durability was incredibly useful while navigating through some really complicated decisions. One memorable interaction with Ted was showing him a picture of an intricate tile layout from a magazine that we very much liked and seeing him work with his tile guy over the details – it came out just as we wanted. Ted also uses technology in a very creative way to communicate with his clients using digital photos, pdf's, etc. to document and clarify a project as it progresses. We hope he's available when we need him in the future.

TMK delivered high quality and on budget costs for several projects. Projects ranged from landscaping flag stone front steps; to remodeling a master bath; to small handyman jobs like remodeling a kitchen backsplash. The company is very professional and someone I trust to be in my house while I am working during the week. I plan to hire TMK for future jobs.

We first hired TMK remodeling to update our bathroom and Ted did such an excellent job that we had TMK come in the next summer and renovate our kitchen completely. Ted's work is extremely thorough and he is very detail oriented. while doing the renovations he always cleaned up every night and was so unobtrusive there was none of the long term hassles that usually come with a major renovation while living on the premises. He even went to the extreme of setting up a wonderful summer kitchen in our screened in porch that we liked so much we made permanent! Both projects came out wonderfully and we are very proud of them We would recommend TMK remodeling for any job big or small as he has done may 1 day jobs for us since. TMK is a go to company for any work inside out in the house.

TMK remodeling was hired to complete a custom garage renovation. They provided complete services for this project consisting of demolition, painting and custom cabinet installation. The project was completed on budget and in a timely manner. TMK remodeling exceed my expectations for this project. They also provided me with installation of a custom, high quality staircase. This installation was completed as proposed and budgeted.
