Update. Do not hire this contractor. Definitely the worst contracting experience of my life. Contractor started good but rapidly went down hill. The people he left to do the work did not use levels or squares and walls were out of plumb. At one point he left the site for several months with only a cheap tarp over our open roof. Water was pouring into the house and he told me "its alright". That should have been the end but because he didnt do construction in its normal way by completing each step, we had paid for things that were undone. Ultimately he was asked to leave. We spent far far more on his services then the value of the work and then had to pay to redo much of what was done. When we turned the water on, the two pipes were open behind the sheet rock. Nightmare. Do not use this company.

Mr. Trice and his crew are currently doing a major remodel to the studs on our 1950s ranch house. New plumbing, electric, reworking the inside framing, reworking the eaves, mortar smear, building a laundry area, new roof etc etc. I will update this review when it is completed but so far I am tremendously impressed. First, the day he came to look at our job he was the first in a long list of contractors that offered helpful suggestions on a design that we had done by a professional designer- while also helping us to stay in our budget. He has extensive real world experience from his decades of construction. If you are looking for a contractor who will work WITH you to achieve your vision for your home, this is your man. In my experience to date he and his crew are steadfastly trustworthy. So far they have raised our ceilings to 9 feet in the living areas (something other contractors balked at), completely reframed a chopped up kitchen/living room/den with long hall configuration into an open kitchen/dining/livingroom floor plan with walk in pantry. And yes, if you feel that moving your plumbing is the best thing for YOUR remodel, he will find a way to do it, and do it right. I knew he was the right person when he told me that he really enjoys remodels and finding a way to renovate older homes to give them a new life and not waste the resources that are there. He will help you to get the most out of the elements in your home that are worth keeping and move your project the realm of a wonderful updated house. We are really excited about how our home is coming together. I will post photos and update this review when the project is completed
