The entire staff at Trinity Construction exceeded our expectations on the building of our new home. Their attentiveness to every detail was impeccable. From the preconstruction phase, thru the entire construction process and turnover of our new home to us, everything went amazingly smooth. The subcontractors that performed the work on the project were top tier and did a fantastic job of working safely, they provided the necessary manpower and completed their work with a very high quality. The workmanship was very impressive to say the least. Mike and Tyler were a pleasure to work with and very professional. They listened to our thoughts, provided feedback to any concerns we had to make sure our dream home was built the way we designed it and wanted it. We would highly recommend Trinity Construction to anyone who is looking to build a new home.

We engaged Mike Cocozza and Trinity in 2020 to build a modern, 5500 sf home designed by Mark Sultana on Sarasota bay. It was a complicated build, including a complete concrete shell. In the toughest of times for builders, Trinity performed at the very highest level. They managed the supply crisis and budget in remarkable fashion. We moved in on schedule and within a few percent of budget. Mike and his team are incredibly responsive and flexible, transparent on schedule and costs, perfectionists in delivering quality in every dimension, and creative in problem solving and providing options for the homeowner. He built our modern, custom home on a cost-plus basis, but I always felt he managed the budget as if he was spending his own money. His philosophy is that the project is not done until we are completely happy, and their performance on punch list and other items post-move-in continues in the same responsive and high quality manner. Too often, building a new home can be a frustrating experience, or even a nightmare. For us, we enjoyed every minute of the project with Trinity, during the design phase, and especially seeing the home rise, exceeding all our expectations.

Five Stars are not enough! Let me start by sharing that my husband and I have built/remodeled 9 homes over the past 30 years. We have had some good experiences and really bad experiences. By far, bar none, our build with Trinity Construction was within a league of its own. From start to finish, the knowledge, understanding and attention to detail and craftsmanship was outstanding. I can honestly say, it would be almost impossible to find another contractor that could mirror the stellar experience that we shared with Mike and Nehemiah. Mike is a wealth of knowledge. He is tech savvy. Most importantly, he was our biggest advocate. If they are available and willing to build your home, look no further!

Mike, Kyle and the entire Trinity team are incredibly professional, solution-oriented perfectionists. I deal with many contractors and vendors in my work for the 2nd largest apartment owner in NYC and I can tell you unequivocally that the team at Trinity is among the very best I have worked with in my career. Working with them inspired us to improve our design and we have achieved a better outcome than we originally anticipated. They worked quickly to interpret and execute our plans and remained incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. They did not say no to changes but immediately looked for the best and most cost effective ways to incorporate the changes into our design. I just finished a complete renovation on a condo I purchased on Longboat Key as a second home. I had many concerns going into this process as I live in the northeast, have no local contacts, and needed to go through this process without being physically present for most of it. I consider myself very lucky to have found Mike and Trinity. I have had homes built for me, added additions, and performed a few renovations on previous homes, and I have never had a better experience than this one. Mike prides himself on honesty, transparency, as well as the quality of his work and the finished product. It is not just a sales pitch, it is apparent over the duration of the project, from beginning to end. In the end, my wife and I couldn’t be more pleased. Mike listened to every request and concern along the way, and if at all possible, was able to deliver each request. When not possible, he was always able to explain exactly why. I will recommend Mike to all of my friends, and have told him to use me as a reference in the future for any potential customers. Mike represents what the building industry in general should strive to be.

Mike and his guys just finished a major home exterior restoration project for us, and we could not be more thrilled, not only with the finished project, but we actually enjoyed every step of the process. Mike kept in constant communication with us throughout the project, and he consulted with us on every detail of the work as we went along. When we had a hard time visualizing what Mike had in mind for some of the work, Mike had his guys make mock ups for us that were very helpful. We had some areas in the framing that were a mess from 29 years of water intrusion and some termite damage. There are some contractors that might have taken advantage of that situation, but Trinity Construction rebuilt those areas to better than new condition, and were very fair with pricing. Now that the project is over, we will miss MIke's guys who were good company, as well as excellent craftsman. We would recommend Trinity Construction to anyone looking for a fair, honest, and highly competent construction company. Too bad you only have five stars for us to give them.

Mike and his team are exceptional! Professional and efficient. This is the second property remodeled by his team. Each project was completed within the timeline and most importantly within the budget. The second remodel, we felt 100% comfortable and did not see it until the end as the communication was fantastic. He a was able to make selections based on our color/style recommendations. We used the design team as well. Simply terrific! You absolutely can not select a better contractor and design team.

When Brittany, for Trinity Construction & Design, visited our home for the initial consultation, we found her to personable, knowledgeable. She was a good listener and extremely adept at helping us to determine out style & preferences. She was timely in her responses, also in putting together a design board together for our review. She has walked with me through every decision & was respectful when my opinion didn't match hers. She was also extremely careful to help us stay within our budget. And although our job is not quite fine, I'm very comfortable stating that this project is a complete success! And, did I mention on top of all that, Brittany is a wonderful person and I wouldn't hesitate to use Trinity Construction & Design for any of our design needs.

After getting ripped off by my prior contractor, Mike stepped in and showed me what it was to find a knowledgeable, diligent and above all, a straight shooting, HONEST licensed contractor. He finished my project in record time with quality sub contractors that he demands nothing but the best in quality from. I have used Trinity Construction and Design on several projects that range from a $15,000 residential rehab, several $25,000- $100,000 residential remodels, a $150,000 commercial remodel and a $700,000+ complete home remodel. I will be using Trinity Construction and Design for a 1.5 million dollar waterfront remodel/rebuild which I will be moving into with my family. In addition to Mike, my wife and I have used Brittany who assisted us with design on our own home wherein compromising decor was needed. Not to mention, Brittany has helped tremendously picking out selections for our remodels. I am not one that writes reviews, good or bad. We had the pleasure of finding out about Trinity about 4 years ago. And have not hired another contractor since. The craftsmanship and integrity of this company is top notch. I cannot recommend them enough. We hired Mike and team for various projects. Everything from a carport/front facelift of our home to a complete condo remodel. And a few different jobs in between. We also hired Brittany to do interior design for our new home and loved the results. I have to say, the convenience of an interior designer and contractor is fantastic! Am really looking forward to future projects with them.
