Trusted Restore

You can't trust Keith. He was supposed to restore my flooded Onion Creek property by doing everything listed on the insurance report. He also wanted every cent of money from the insurance company, which was $50k. I refused to pay it all up front, but he kept asking for more. He did not do $20k of what was listed on the report and then put a lien on my property. I had to hire a lawyer to make him release the lien. Beware! He just keeps changing the name of the business and goes on to trap other innocent people!! You should also know that our contract said that we would do mediation in case of dispute and he didn't even attempt it before putting a lien on my property.

This contractor has been a nightmare. Mr. Keith Bauman hires sub contractors from craigslist so they are not properly vetted. He carries an insurance policy that does not cover his subs. Attempts to contact him are non responsive. I had to hire another contractor to basically redo the shoddy work. My next step is to sue for damages. Feel free to contact me for references. I would never use this guy again.

Horrible experience with this contractor. Not only did this project take about 4-5x as long as it should have (took over a year!), nothing was done right! We had extensive work done to our three story home by this contractor, Keith, that cost over $100,000 that now has to be almost completely redone due to their lack of knowledge, skill, and integrity. They rebuilt our decks on the second and third story then tiled, stuccoed, and painted. Now a little over a year; The ceiling on the first deck cratered in. The stucco is bulging out on the columns and has huge cracks. The "special" and super expensive paint used on the stairs looks like it was done 50 years ago. Its faded, chipping off, and cracking. Metal flashing is rusted and has left stained streaks down the walls. When we contacted Keith he simply said that his "year guarantee" had expired and refused to do anything to rectify the situation. We are currently seeking legal advice. It's disgraceful he's showing pictures of my house here.

Trusted Restore has done several projects for me since 2012. The largest was cleaning up my property. This consisted of hauling off about 40 yards of junk that my "X" had left laying around about a 3 acre section of my property. They managed this project in just two days. WOW! The second project was laying laminate flooring. In and our in just a few hours and no mess. The third and last project was tape, float and texture of an area under my breakfast bar that was never completed. They also repaired a few holes in the walls, patched several nail holes and re-textured and re-painted these areas. The texture match is perfect, you can't tell where the old started and the new finished. The paint too was a perfect match. Who would have thought they could match paint from 15 years ago without the original paint can. They even did a minor roof repair for me after a windstorm - replacing several shingles that had blown off and re-sealing the vent stack boots to prevent water penetration.
