TW Construction Management

We hired TW Construction to manage the first floor renovation at our home. We are thrilled with the result of the project. The project included taking down walls to reconfigure the kitchen, raising a sunken floor in our formal living room, eliminating some walls , installing a completely new kitchen, etc.. Todd managed the entire process for us start to finish. He was wonderful to work with. He is extremely professional, was always organized, he was always on top of any issues the arose and he handled all communication with subcontractors for us. Going through a renovation is never easy but having Todd help us through the whole process was a complete blessing.

Todd Walmsley of TW Construction Management is a real pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him. We were new to the area and needed several projects addressed in our in our house, large and small, and he was able to tackle them all. He reconfigured our basement, which included removing a supporting wall and installing a support beam. He also transformed our family room to add a window, built-in bookshelves, and a bar. He is teamed up with professional and reliable contractors and he is regularly on site to manage all aspects of the project. He is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with accommodating our adjustments/changes even when they were half way through project. He is mindful of budgets and schedules and he worked hard to complete the work to our satisfaction. We are currently engaging him in additional work!

I hired TW Construction Management to help update our home. We had the bathrooms totally updated, hardwood installed in the part of the home that had carpet before (living room, hallways and bedrooms), doors and windows upgrades and paint throughout the house. The work was done with high attention to detail. We got good recommendations for material selection and what needed update and what did not justify the expenditure. The company reacted quickly and addressed every concern we had during the project. I highly recommend TW for the quality of work and honesty of business.

We have hired TW Construction more than once over the past few years. First we hired them to help put a new large deck on the back of the house - which turned out fabulous! We were thrilled with the result. Then, as luck would have it, jobs advanced and we needed to move, so we decided to rent the house while we were away. Todd and his crew helped get the house rent-ready. They were very helpful and worked to make a tight deadline. I wish we could find someone as comprehensive, patient, and helpful in our new location!

We have worked with Todd on a couple of substantial projects. Both times he has been very easy to work with and was always available to answer questions. He worked with us from start to finish with design options, listened to what we wanted, and shared his opinions to get us the best result and finished project. Everything has been very well constructed and well done.

Todd is competent and very ethical. He is details oriented, knowledgeable and honest. He is patient but has demonstrated great leadership skills. Highly recommend.
