“I don't normally review anything unless I am either super impressed or extremely mad. And I have to say, I am so super impressed and extremely happy with my new kitchen. I just bought a house in Rockville area, and I hated the existing kitchen. After scrambling through the websites, I came upon Cyrus Construction. So, I gave it a try. From first call to the last hour that the crews were here, I had a smooth and great service, plus the absolute workmanship. James was so courteous and patient when I had him explain certain things to me over and over, again and again. The crews were punctual, and very polite. Whatever I want done, I just call the office, and I have it taken care of by the crews. Besides the service, they also have great selections of cabinet and granite counter top. The products that James presented to me are beautiful and of top quality. The only frustration I had with this kitchen renovation was what to choose. Anyway, I ended up with the Bianco Antico granite and Vanilla Cream Pewter Glaze cabinet. This combination of cabinet, counter top, knobs, lighting, and even vent is absolute gorgeous. Every time I walk in this new kitchen, I feel "Gooood"!”

He was professional, respected our budgetary boundaries, finished the project in a timely way, chose excellent subcontractors who provided high quality work, and he followed up on every aspect of the project. In addition, he helped us with the selection of our materials, was resourceful at solving unanticipated problems, and worked diligently to keep the work space tidy and clean. “I can't say enough to accurately express how happy I was with the work Reid and his team did. Not only is Reid a perfectionist, but he is trustworthy, which for me was the most important factor in selecting a contractor to do the remodel for almost my entire new home. Reid has the project management skills to help plan and organize any project and he can do most of the work himself. I appreciated that when I needed additional help, outside of the scope of his general responsibilities, he always had a contact to come help me, at a reasonable cost. And knowing that Reid trusted his contact made me trust them. I also really appreciated that no project was too big or too small for Reid. I've had multiple back surgeries and have to be very careful about my physical activity. Reid helped me with so many little jobs to help me get settled in the house. With Reid you will get an honest, dependable, skilled, professional, craftsman. I don't usually rave online about things like this but Reid deserves it!”

“My Wife and I chose to hire C&D Company when we purchased our new home in DC in February 2015. The house was built in 1937 and was never renovated up until 2015 so we had to go through a full renovation of the entire house including the basement and the backyard to bring it up to today's standard of living. We consulted friends and family and C&D came with the highest amount of recommendations and when we contacted them, we found Dago to be very responsive and thorough during the interview, budget and contract process. This also continued during the actual construction, they managed to complete the renovation on time and with high quality of work. The team is very professional and also considerate of the neighborhood and so naturally we received complements from our neighbors on the same. Now, its almost two years since completion of the initial project and Dago is still helping us with any issues that come up at the house periodically. We will certainly recommend him to our friends and family and will consider him for our future projects!”

“I have had PLF work on a variety of projects. They did the kitchen in my tenant's house as well as the entire floors of the house where I am currently living. Pascual and Andrea are a joy to work with. They are very hard working, detail oriented, and are always available for any questions. They have a great work ethic and are also just very pleasant people. I have always been impressed that they leave the worksite better than they found it. Even during the jobs that they are doing they make sure that the area is clean and in order. I have never had any problems with the work that they do in fact quite the opposite. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough!”

“I hired AllRenovations to come into my condo and remodel my master bathroom and kitchen. They did a spectacular job and the foreman even did some work in the bathroom which he did not charge me for. On top of that, he also talked to friends who sold me granite for much less than I could acquire it anywhere else. The team of two workers did demolition on both rooms, made new ceilings with recessed lighting, drywall, installed a tub in the bathroom, laid a new floor, painted, and installed accessories. The same was done in the kitchen installing new cabinetry as well as a microwave. They were very diligent about their work, honest and up front with any questions I had, and even gave me telephone numbers to call if anything went wrong with anything they did after the time they had left for the day. All in all, I would not be hesitant at all to call AllRenovations back to my home to do any and all work that requires a team who has high integrity and quality work standards.”

“As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house.
