Antonio and his crew at Unique Construction did my roof in one day. They were clean, professional, and did excellent work. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

We had an outstanding experience working with Unique Construction and Antonio. From the initial design concepts and planning stages through the completion of our basement finishing project, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. Antonio took the time to understand our vision and created a design that maximized both functionality and aesthetics. I initially reached out to Unique Construction to have a wooden deck modified on my main floor overlooking the back yard. Antonio and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. The quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding. Not only was it great quality, but the team was efficient in their work and they checked to make sure I was completely satisfied before they cleaned up the area. After seeing how great the deck turned out, I hired them again to install a fence around our property since we were having a pool put in by another contractor. Unfortunately, the pool contractor did a very poor job. After completing our beautiful fence, The pool company was supposed to manage their subcontractors and the end to end project, but I decided to hired Antonio and his team to step in and GC/supervise the pool construction because I’m not a pool or concrete professional. Hiring them was a Godsend, and allowed me to feel confident the pool effort quality would be brought up to the level I expected. Antonio quickly identified major issues and had the pool company jackhammer out the improperly installed concrete patio at no additional cost to us and completely repour the 1,300 sq. ft. deck. He managed the entire process, was on-site during the repour to ensure it was done correctly, and ultimately saw the entire pool project through to completion. After that, we continued working with Antonio and his team on additional projects, including retaining walls, an irrigation system, sod installation, and veneering the pool’s concrete wall with natural stone. Everything came out spectacularly. Antonio and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented. I highly recommend Unique Construction for any project, you’ll be in great hands. I will be working with them on other projects in the future.

We were very impressed with Antonio and his team. Although our remodeling was relatively small in scope we were treated as if we had a major, high-dollar project. Needless to say, Antonio was extremely attentive in responding to our questions and understood our minor project modifications. The men on his team were very, very polite and professional; their neatness (sweeping, vacuuming, repositioning furniture, etc.) was exceptional.

I am a proud homeowner because of unique custom homes the hurricane tore my house up, which I thought it was unrepairable so I called unique custom homes to take a look at it they assured me that they can bring it to prestorm conditions or better so I gave them a try and it was the best thing I did communication was clear from start to finish fast consistent and flexible. The team at Unique Custom Homes is excellent. They rotated the steps down from my deck 180 degrees to open up the area under the deck for me. The team was quick to respond and did a great job. They recommended some adjustments that I did not consider, without increasing the price. The experience was great, the team doing the work was professional and always busy. My stairs look great and I will be using them for much more work I need completed. Glad we contacted with them and that I am supporting a great local company.

Antonio and his crew removed two trees that were blown down during Hurricane Helene. They had a fair price and did the job quickly and left the area very clean. I felt good enough about them that I called them back to repair the fences that were damaged from the storm. Again they did a good job at a fair price and again the area was clean when they finished.

Great Company to work with. Listened to our needs and expections. His crews were alway courtious ensuring to minimize any mess and always cleaning up daily. We used them for Drywall repair after Hurricane Helena damaged our home. Several other companies did not even want to deal with the project. Antionio was Enthusiastic about the project ensuring that we were completly satisfied. We will diffently be using them for our future repairs as we recover from hurricane Helena.

You will not be disappointed. Professional, Detail Oriented, affordable and on schedule. I do not leave reviews often, as not many Construction crews deliver 100% satisfaction, however this company did. Antonio took the time to walk us through the intricate details of our project and did an excellent job in communicating updates, helping us make educated product decisions, and has a keen eye for design. He was considerate of our budget and hand held us throughout the project. The team impressively left our property clean after the job. We highly recommend Unique. Choosing a company is difficult, so I hope sharing our positive experience will help another homeowner choose a company that will not disappoint. I am already planning our next project for next year!

I just have to say wow! I’m not one to leave reviews however I feel if ever one is justified, It is now. I was really nervous / stressed about a backyard remodel I was about to tackle. I shopped around and called many different companies to come assess and price out my job. Finally, I chose Unique Custom Homes, by day, two of the project, I was totally relaxed and confident that I made the right choice they made this a seamless, an easy process for me and my family.
