Vision Remodeling

In over 25 years of residential and commercial construction and renovation projects, my wife and I have never worked with a contractor as unprofessional and unaccountable as Marshall Lynn Mitchell and Vision Remodeling. His "sixish weeks" estimation to complete our living area/deck extension turned into 6 months of excuses, substandard (and sometimes incorrect) work, and unpaid bills (we received a notice to lien our property from a supplier for $24K after paying our required installments). If you have experience in construction and are willing to act as the on-site supervisor, most of his subs are capable with your oversight. However, I would advise those without experience to find a different contractor since he personally visited the job site on only five occasions (three were direct requests to address issues) during the entire six months - He did not visit the job site for the last four months of the project. In addition, he has refused to fix the sliding door that he incorrectly ordered and has said that he won't cover it under warranty - two months after "completion" of the project. Don't be fooled by his "aw shucks" demeanor and promises to be present on your project, he is nothing more than a salesman.

We used Vision to add on a sunroom about a year ago and they did an outstanding job. I can truthfully say that when they were done with the job, we had no regrets and did not find anything lacking. Their Companys commitment to do the job properly the first time with no call backs is hard to find in today's workplace. Thanks to Vision for a job well done.

The entire Vision Remodeling Team is GREAT! David, Lynn and Beverly were always responsive and kept is up-to-date on the project. The finished outdoor kitchen looks GREAT and changed an small porch of little value into a wonderful, multi-year 'room' with built-in grill, hood and EZ pane windows that will not only be FABULOUS for personal enjoyment, but also add significantly to the value of our property. STRONGLY RECOMMEND Vision Remodeling for YOUR desired project!

We used Vision Remodeling upon the recommendation of our interior designer. Their subs showed up when scheduled and did quality work. I had one minor call back and the electricians came out the next day. David came out to make sure the subs knew what to do and we were satisfied with the work.

David and Lynn did a great job on our Sunroom . We love it . Vision Remodeling uses quality sub contractors that did great work. We would recommend Vision for any of your remodeling needs. David did an excellent job navigating the city permit and inspection processes. The overall work was quality work. They are not the most expensive and not the cheapest. They do respond to texts or email or phone for communication. All good !!!
