This family owned company has done a number of projects for me over the last 4 years or so. My little row home in S Philly needs a much needed do-over and thus far they've completed the following; star bolt installation, window replacement*6, removal/replacement of front door lintel and front door. They've also overseen the following : restoration of front stone steps, repointing of brick facade, installation of a new roof. In every project they have been timely, and communicative. They've been transparent about additional costs and have been extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. Their employees and subcontractors are skilled, kind, and trustworthy. I will likely never use another general contractor.
