Here's his Wife's review of the work a few days prior to me rushing to NC when my Mother was admitted to hospice. I left the job behind to care for my suddenly dying Mom. The job was 95% complete. They called or texted every day as that I sat by her bedside.

I was there 4days in High Point Regional awaiting her passing. His Wife added so much pressure that I drove down to install the faucet over the weekend (as it was the only item that prevented the full use of the kitchen). My Mother passed while I was there doing the remaining items. I drove back up to (NC) make funeral arrangements and to bury my Mother. We laid my Mom to rest on Friday. I drove back to Georgia on Sunday. I drove out to complete the final punchlist on Tuesday. I had some truck issues, I was able to make it back out on Friday. I stayed late. Everyone was home, I asked if they were satisfied. They said Yes. I sent the bill, the following day. From then on...problems. As far as asking for Final payment before the job was complete, is simply not true. We asked for a draw, so that the crew could be compensated for their week. We asked for a quarter of the final balance. We were 95% complete.

I'm sure Mr.Damian is just confused but his wife's change order items are well documented and in order. There was no double-charging or any such dealings what-so-ever. I'd be glad to show them to anyone questioning my character or practices.

In fact we did 9 separate drywall stress crack repairs throughout the living room that we didn't charge for at all. We also painted a fireplace and upgraded to fluted molding at no charge. We upgraded the trim and molding on the peninsula at no cost as well. I'd be glad to show any and every document associated with this contract along with before and after pics of the items that Mr.Damian made us aware of (with pics) at the same angle, of the same work.

We also offer a free 2year warranty on all workmanship on all work paid in full. They declined.
