West Corp Construction built us an amazing new home. From the start, they were conscious of our budget, design and needs. Throughout the entire process, they did a fantastic job at keeping us up to date on the progress and identifying areas for cost savings. They were very respectful of the neighbors and always kept a clean site. We could not have asked for a better experience- the home was completed weeks before the due date!

I’ve worked with Evan on several projects. He has hired our company as a subcontractor to his general contracting company as well as for his personal residence. We have a lot of experience with General Contractors in our city good and bad. Our experience with Evan was fantastic. He keeps a clean job; his crews work safe and he pays his bills on time. What more could anyone in my position ask for… I think the big thing that impresses me most about West Corp is their staff. Most Generals sub out just about everything and when things don’t go the way they want they freak out because they can’t do much on their own. West Corp is not like this. They have a huge staff somehow working seamlessly together. The cohesion of his team is truly impressive and something as a prospective client I’d take note of. Of all the contractors we know I recommend him first because he can keep a project rolling under his own labor if need be. Truly an awesome company lead by an awesome person.

Evan and his team did an exceptional job remodeling my bathroom. There was not a day during the entire project where there was no one working. Evan provided valuable input during the design phase of the project and we couldn't be happier with the end result. There were also a few miscellaneous items outside of the scope of the bathroom which were taken care of in an efficient and timely manner. The project came in right on budget and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend West Corp for any project you may have, regardless of size or complexity.

Westcorp has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. I am a Portfolio Manager in the Seattle area and Westcorp has completed well over $1 million worth of work for my company. Not only are they competitive bidders, but you get the best quality of labor and craftmanship (something that seems to be lacking in other contractors). I can't recommend Evan and his team at WestCorp Construction high enough! Over a few years I've been slowly remodeling my home from the late 1980s. With each new project to tackle, WestCorp has been adept at expertly handling the task. We've done everything from exterior paint, to a complete rethink/remodel of both our master bath and kitchen. Evan was even able to repair a botched window job that I had done by a previous contractor. WestCorp was able to update my home to be thoroughly modern while maintaining the style and charm that fits perfectly with my more traditional architecture.

Evan was prompt, on budget and provided value engineering throughout the process. He did good work and was very knowledgeable.

I first had the pleasure of working with Westcorp when they did a full remodel on 6,000 sq ft of commercial space for me last year. They accomplished the impossible in staying within budget and completing a very complicated tenant improvement project within 13 weeks from start to finish. Evan and his whole team was very professional and easy to work with throughout the whole process, from handling permits to demonstrating good aesthetic taste in picking materials. I had a number of setbacks throughout the project (not the least of which was the discovery that my architect was unlicensed!) and Evan helped figure out how to proceed when I was at a complete loss. We were on a very tight schedule and Evan's team organized sub-contractors to work in shifts to avoid any downtime. When there were delays with sub-contractors Evan got personally involved to make sure they didn't hold up our schedule. Our PM had a good relationships with city planners and inspectors and we passed almost all inspections on the first attempt. Westcorp was always responsive, fair and pleasant to deal with, all of which are very rare in commercial construction. I could not be happier with the work that Westcorp has done for us and will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs a great GC.

Having been in the real estate industry for over 15 years, it has always been a constant challenge to find a qualify construction company. I am so grateful to have met Evan at West Corp Construction. They have done several projects for me and my clients, ranging from building a brand new high-end home in Bellevue to a kitchen remodel, and we can't say enough good things about our experience with this company. They have been prompt, responsive and fairly priced. Most importantly, (I admit that I am value-shopper) having shopped around with many different construction companies, it has become evident to me that West Corp Construction is a company with the utmost integrity. At the risk of reducing their own profit, they have advised me against spending money on some work that was not needed for the property, as well as proactively lowered the final price for work that was deemed to be unnecessary during the construction process. Evan has a ton of experience, and was able to offer a lot of value-added advice, from newest material to design, thst helped my projects to be more successful.
