I was referred to Will by the Gutter contractor that a neighbor had rereferred to me, and took a chance and asked him for a quote to update a 3rd small bathroom that hadn't been touched since the original builder. I found out that Will had updated another neighbor's bathroom from a referral from a Roofing Contractor that I had used, so both referrals were very positive. We discussed what my goal was and the desired finish out and he worked up his initial proposal. I wanted to keep costs down and I agreed to take care of most of the "demo" work and I would purchase the materials, i.e. floor tile, shower wall tile, shower floor tile, vanity top, etc. Also purchased the grout and paint, and vanity and shower fixtures. Will's crew basically did all the required prep work and all the installation. He even had a linen cabinet made with adjustable shelves to install over the toilet that came out nicely. All work was quality work by his professional contractors. Once we determined when his schedule would open up, I locked down some dates for the work to begin in mid-December. Most of the work was completed before Christmas, but there was a few follow up items that needed to be completed. I'm big on communication and keeping the homeowner informed. Will was very good at that and always called to confirm before sending someone out to work. I can think of a couple of more projects that I need to tackle and I will definitely go to Will first. He's very straight forward on pricing and is willing to work with you to reach a favorable solution if there's an issue that needs additional attention. Definitely will use him again and will refer out to friends and neighbors.

Will does a great job with any project. Whether it only takes a couple hours or days he treats every job with professionalism. He gives realistic quotes, advice on projects if he thinks they may need some adjusting, and he always leaves a clean job site. If you need a garbage disposal fixed or an entire bathroom remodel I would recommend Will's Construction.

Will and his crew did such an amazing job remodeling my kitchen! Will listened to every detail that I wanted in a new kitchen and made it happen. My custom cabinetry, quartz counter tops, and under cabinet lighting are everything I wanted and more. Communication with a contractor is important to me, so I’m so glad that I could call Will at any time with questions or concerns. Will and his crew would show up early each day to complete the work. All of his crew were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I gave him a deadline and he not only met my deadline, but completed all of the work a few days early. This company does pretty good work and they get it done quickly. Their price is probably in the medium range.
