I have worked on nearly a dozen residential building projects over the last twenty years. Many of these construction projects were complex renovations where I was unable to be onsite on a regular basis. Our renovation job at the Carlyle in Jupiter Florida was this type of job. Our architect was out of NYC and highly particular on all details, so I knew this project would be challenging and needed a leader on site. I interviewed four of the top GCs in Palm Beach/Jupiter Area. As part of the interview process I presented the GCs a few problems to see their problem solving abilities. Jason Willoughby immediately struck me as sharp, industrious and capable. I hired Willoughby Construction and was delighted with the results. Jason and Craig and their team did an excellent job on our project. They kept the Condo board and neighbors happy. Their employees were courteous and professional. They delivered on promises, he took pride in his work, he stayed in budget and he delivered on-time. This is a rare outcome to a construction project but even more rare where the owner is not on property.

Willoughby Construction is a very well organized family owned and operated company under the directions of Craig, Bryan and Jason as principals. They are always looking for the best interest of their clients by getting involved in every detail of the project and making sure to get the best value and quality for them.. At the construction site they run a very efficient operation, with a good team of project managers and super intendants, making sure that quality is deliver by all trades under a budget and timeline. We used Willoughby Construction for the remodel of our riverfront home. This was our first remodel and their expertise and guidance was exceptional. Our home was not an easy task but their ability to think outside the box helped our dream home come to life. All the vendors they used were professional and made us feel at ease.
